You can change that by opening the \wp-content\plugins\gdlr-hotel\include\gdlr-booking-item.php file and changing the line #405 from:

'orderby' => 'post__in',

to:

'orderby' => 'title',

Hi I purchased your theme and configured a room and authorize.net and I do not see the authorize.net option next to Pay Now. Also, when someone selects Pay Now, it just makes a reservation rather than proceeding to the credit card payment form. You can see this at inndependence.net.

And whenever selecting just authorize.net nothing shows above pay now, but if i configure paypal and select both paypal and authorize.net, the logos show but it doesn’t proceed to the credit card form. Can you please help? We are paying merchant and gateway fees unnecessarily until we can get this fixed.

Hi. Several days ago i used Hotel Option -> Block Date function. Now I deleted the content of this field but the booking is still blocked. Is that a bug in your system?

I solved the problem with putting old dates in the box. But still seems a bug, as when it’s empty, it’s not working.

is there any chance to launch a visual presentation in the administration panel apartments occupancy in the form of a calendar? to each room separately I am asking for a possible price for this functionality

hm, the ical from the site should be fine. I think the problem should occur by Google calendar not syncing with iCal(I feel like I used to face this issue before as well.) May be can you try on other calendar service that support iCal or may be Apple Calendar instead?

should I enter something in the “ICAL Sync URL” field [Page options in the room]? because I copied the link from the room to google and maybe I should write something here

Actually not necessary because this will be required when the other side make a booking which in this case, Google calendar can’t make a booking.

Hi! I want to change single room page, start from price to full price , in the booking page I already changed it .Now I must change in single room page.Can you help me ?

You can to manual specify the from price in the room setting directly.

In the booking page on reservation form editing adult number price is changing automaticly, is it possible to do that in the room page?

Sorry for confusion. It can’t be specify. I will pick the less price to be shown as ‘From’ automatically.

I am experiencing problems with HOTEL MASTER theme on Wordpress.

1- This first question is :I purchased the theme “hotel master” https://themeforest.net/item/hotel-wordpress-theme-hotel-master/11032879 , and I would like to know if there is a visual composer included? If not, is there a plugin to visually compose my website? 2- I tried the theme “hotel master” on “word press visual mode” with or without “Classical Editor” plugin. In both case, I fell to understand how to amend pages, rooms, in easy way. I set up the theme “Hotel Master”. Did I set up the theme properly? Because after I add the plugins “Classic Editor”, it is very hard and almost impossible to amend pages. This seems impossible to add blocks. For your information, I made easily the website www.objectiftokyo2020.fr and www.elevage-juhen-cypres.fr with an other theme 3- On my home page of my website www.haras-de-coddes.fr , I would like to inverse in the diaporama the sliders so as the French version of “la petite maison” appears before “the little house”. What should I do? 4- In this diaporama/slider of the home page, appears the button “check details”, the sentence “start as from””$” and I would like to make it in French “Voir les details” and ge the sentence” à partir de “”€”.What should I do? 5- Page : http://haras-de-coddes.fr/index.php/room/lapetitemaison/ I would like to remove the block for “YOUR RESERVATION”. Hello, Support has ended, but i still chance to put a question out:

If I add a ‘Content/Post Type Item’ > Content and open it, add content, but then… I cannot close it anymore… So I cannot use it. Same for: Box Icon, Column Service, and some others.

Is this a known issue, and/ or: Is there a solution available for this?

Is this maybe an issue related to the latest version of Wordpress? Because it worked fine before…

1. Can you try to disable all other plugins first and see if it’s fixed or not.

2. Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/

3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.

4. If still doesn’t solve, please provide wp access + site url through the form in our profile page so we can check.

1. Are you using any extension on your your Google chrome that block this? Can you try to disable all extension and try to download again or you may try on another browser? We can ensure that the theme doesn’t contain any viruses. This can be false positive triggered.

if people asking for email templates for booking confirmation, you referring to open a support ticket. my subscription expired. i would extent it, if i would get a proper email template for the booking confirmation mail, with html content. i that what i get? thx

In this case, we can only guide you which php file the email template is placed. You have to do customization after that. Are you ok with that?
