The support system has a huge problem: there’s no way to find submitted tickets.
Yesterday I submitted a ticket about a bug that overwritten my child theme styles with your framework styles. I provided an admin account and this morning as I opened my website to continue working on it I find that all the pages are gone, they were deleted, some are still in the trash but all others are deleted forever.- I want to know how can I follow up on tickets since there is no way to find previously submitted tickets on your platform and I wasn’t contacted by anybody.
- I have to guess that you’re working on the bug I pointed out and some how deleting all my pages is part of what you’re doing right?
- I’m sure you’ll leave the website with all pages restored as it was right?
Hello, sorry about that, but we are here to help you not to delete your pages. Our support team is also the one who created the theme.
1- Our support system is one-to-one email ticket when you create a ticket only the PixelDima founder who can access to this ticket.
2- We don’t test on your website, your question about a child-theme so it required a test on style.css not on your pages or posts.
3- we did not delete any page or posts, WordPress store deleted pages for 30 days why we delete your pages and not just deleted them you said a permanently deleted!! you can check your host for log and ask them for a backup.
Please check your website for any malware can do that behind the screen.

I guess I’ll try to restore everything, and by the way, you didn’t fix the bug. Your solution of using !important is not only against best practices, it won’t work on all cases. I’ll be replying to your ticket answer with further information.

Hi, we are seeking an AMP WordPress theme for our tour website. One that would be compatible with robust tour booking plugins such as Woocommerce Bookings. We have 3 questions:
1) Would this theme work with Woocommerce Bookings on the AMP pages? 3) Can you confirm that AMP can be enabled for Pages, as well as Posts? 2) Would we be able to set it so that the AMP Pages do not have duplicate content issues with the full pages?

2) Yes the AMP can be enabled for Posts and Pages, but for pages, you can’t use all the elements and here is an example of AMP Page: https://noor.pixeldima.com/block/?amp and AMP Post: https://noor.pixeldima.com/neon-in-design/amp/
3) We use AMP by automatics + Google: https://wordpress.org/plugins/amp/ and it haven’t the issue of duplicate contents.

Hello, I have recently had to backup and reinstall my page. During this migration, Visual Composer items are not displaying on front end or on the website itself, however on the backend all the information is there. I have updated visual composer and cleared cache. Still it is not showing up. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! on the “parent theme” the customizer has changed the name from dima-portfolio to “othername” slug, but the child theme is no longer working, on that change!! the “dima-portfolio” is the only URL slug working. I can’t change rhe slug from the “child theme” How i can change the dima-portfolio on a “child” that does not work from the customiser?
