Unfortunately there is no option to switch off responsive via theme settings, but I guess you can remove responsive css via child theme

My website is really really slow!!! about 25sec to load from Gtmetrics. i am using wp super cache, autoptimize and cloudflare! i have a B score but the load time of the shop is extremely slow!

Do you know what i can do to boost the performance?

before using autotimize and wp super cache, i had wp rocket and the load time was about 9 and 12sec.

I tried to make a ticket but my client bought the plugin so I don’t have the purchase code.

This affects Shopme 1.4.6. Clicking the “x” to remove a product in the mini-cart on the side of the page does not work.

In the file woocommerce/cart/mini-cart.php, the “Remove this item” url is built specifying the data item cart_item_key. ​

In the file config-woocommerce/assets/js/woocommerce-mod.js, the ajax_remove_cart_item function uses the data item “cart_id”, not “cart_item_key”.

In the file config-woocommerce/php/dropdown-cart.class.php, the cart_item_remove function uses $_POST[‘cart_id’] instead of $_POST[‘cart_item_key’]​​​​​.

I worked around this by duplicating mini-cart.php in the child theme and adding the cart_id data element, but it would be nice if this was fixed.

They sent the purchase code, but when I try to make a ticket it says support is expired. I’m not sure if you can fix the ticketing system to allow bug reports without a current purchase code, it seems like you’d want to fix bugs regardless of support duration.

I want to add an image background from: Shopme>>Styling Options>>General Background Image and/or from Homepage settings>>Body Background>>Background image.I have choosen Boxed version but it doesnt work!!

Is there something I’m missing? I set the images, Update the page and nothing happens, same for the Styling Options.
