Unfortunately, the referenced booking system is a fully featured booking engine which is not available in the theme. Theme’s existing booking forms use CF7 which does not offer all booking features as the referenced one.
We haven’t tested the Calendarist, but if it can be set up in a way that you can pre populate the destination / tour based on the query string variable – it should be possible to use it with the theme by linking individual tour’s booking buttons to a page with Calendarist booking form and pre populated tour.

You can find the currency symbol in Appearance > Customize > Tour Search, field Currency across site
Have you translated the price within the theme or within the Travelicious plugin – please translate the relevant strings from both .pot files, the Price you are looking for is most likely in plugin’s .pot

Hi, is there a way to select a specific form for each tour? I ask because I want to use Booked and it can create a specific calendar for each tour and want to have them use that for booking, but also have the option for the enquiry. thank you

You can redirect the users to a tour specific static page with CF7 form and specific Booked form. Or you can embed the Booked form and shortcode into the tour description. The third option is to customize the code.

We will see to find the solution in one of the next releases of the theme. Related to adding your own code, the current booking form is displayed using the code which is within theme’s /views/forms.php – specifically the booking form displayed using the line 83:
echo do_shortcode( $tour_contact_form_booking_shortcode );
You can replace the Contact Form 7 shortcode with some other shortcode you need.

Pre-Sales Question: Destinations and Attributes
Hi! I’m having two questions concerning the individual tour details.
1. Is it possible to choose two or more destinations or only one per tour? Since it’s possible to have a tour that takes place in two neighboured countries e.g. we need this to be embeded.
2. Are there any possibilities to change or rename the tour attributes? Since we mostly don’t need the attribute “Duration” or “Travellers” we need to change that. Furthermore is it possible to use different attributes per item? Let’s say we have attributes for tours only (e.g. duration ) and other ones only for hotels (e.g. star classifications)?

I have bought your theme and trying the BT Import. But the importing always remains at 0%. What is the issue? I have changed the php requirements according that what is required but still not working. It will just stay at 0% and then an error appears in the end.

In general import process is incremental – meaning that it will take off right where it stopped – so you can repeat it as much times as needed until it finishes. You can open the media library in another tab and refresh it from time to time while the import is running in another tab. The number of items in the library should increase if the import is running properly. Sometimes it takes several dozens of reruns – it really depends on the server settings.
Alternatively, you can leave a private ticket at https://boldthemes.ticksy.com with site url and wp-admin credentials and we will assist you in the process.

Where can we see a demo of the reservation system?

Travelicious does not have integrated reservation – the Book now forms you can see on demo site are built using Contact Form 7 plugin.
On the other hand Travelicious allows you to embed shortcodes into the tour description or redirect users to external or internal url upon clicking on Book now, so you can use third party reservation system of your choice.

Reviewed your demo site. I need to understand this. my requirement is that I need to charge my customers tour booking onsite. the examples provided on demo are just booking. how can we pass booking data to woo-commerce?

We are currently releasing the update which enables you to optionally define the book now target url (in order to replace the default behaviour of displaying the booking form in a modal div). This allows you to define respective products in WooCommerce and redirect the user to a specific product page related to that Tour. Or to use third party, external booking system.

I tried the approach you mentioned. This doesnt satisfies the client. Issues are: 1. book now link opens in a new window by default. (I will have to change that in code can you reference the filename where target new windows needs to be changed) 2. This requires us to add tour information twice. one for tour and then for woo commerce product. is there any suggested short cut to this?

You need to translate both the theme and the respective travelicious plugin – both have .pot files in their languages folder – translating the plugin using Loco Translate can be a bit tricky – please make sure that plugin translation uses the correct .pot language template and that the resulting .mo and .po files are in the plugins languages folder where the initial .pot file is located.

Hi, I like the theme, but I only want to use it for affiliate marketing, and not promote my own tours but import vacations with an XML feed. Will the search widget be compatible with this? Or does the search widget only crawls the manually inputted tours. Thanks

It will crawl whatever is in the tours custom post type, but the thing is that you need to map the import fields of XML feed you are using to proper fields within the WordPress database – you will need some analysis of Travelicious database structure and probably custom made import script.
