In the template preview on your website, I can see multilingual option. However, after installation, there is only one language available. Can you explain me how to proceed or which module to install to get multilingual ?

There is used WPML to show that theme is multilingual and WPML ready. So we recommend to use WPML plugins to translate your site to other languages.
In order to remove search form you should go to edit the Home page and remove [mphb_availability_search] shortcode. Then save changes and preview the page.

In the details section for each property, there is a value “size”. How can I turn this off or customise it so that it says something else (e.g. Bedrooms)?

Yes, you need to enable option called ‘Skip Search Results’ at Dashboard>Accommodation>Settings. The the form will check availability without redirecting to search results page at single accommodation type.

mphb-reserve-btn button is used to check the availability and confirm-reservation button becomes available after the accommodation is available so there is not option to remove the button.

Hi I’m planning to buy a theme for my properties and I have some questions for you if you don’t mind: 1) Is it possible to manage different properties? (Hotel #1 / Villa #2 / Hotel #2, etc); 2) Is it possible to have different services for each room? I meant, possibility to have extra services like breakfast for a specific room 3) Does it have email notifications for my customers like booking confirmation? Is it possible to customize it? 4) Does it have seasonal room pricing? 5) Is it possible to set a minimum number of booking days depending on season? 6) Is it possible to have different prices per night depending on the day of the week? 7) Is it possible to integrate/synchronize rooms availability with a PMS software? We use Wintouch, it’s not mandatory but it’d be awesome.
What is the best theme you recommend to match these main requirements between Villagio and Oceanica?

You will need to create each room as a separate accommodation type, because each accommodation type can have its own prices and services.
Hotel #1 / Villa #2 / Hotel #2, etc can be created as property categories: the booking and payment systems will be shared among them.
The booking system sends automatic admin and customer notifications when a booking is placed, confirmed or when its status changes. The content of the email templates is customizable.
Each room can have its seasonal pricing. The seasons can be for any period/applicable on all or certain weekdays, so the price can depend on the day of the week. Booking rules, including minimum stay, can be different for each season/property.
The booking system can share availability with any platform that supports the ical system. Major booking platforms like Airbnb, TripAdvisor, HomeAway and so on support ical. You may need to contact the platforms that you are interested in to make sure that the ical feature is available in your accounts.
You can test out the ical sync feature by registering a personal back-end demo here and following this tutorial.
The booking functionality is the same in both Oceanica and Villagio, so you should pick a theme based on your design preferences.

Hi! I checked on your website the theme Alpenhouse. Does it have the same features as Villagio? In your opinion what’s you best theme? Regardless the design 
There are provided more layout variations and used Elementor builder in Alpenhouse theme while in Villagio we used default WordPress editor. So you may choose by these features – what type of editor you prefer to use.

The closest design to your website that we have is in Alpenhouse or Campterra. Both themes are built with Elementor.

A Google map can be added to the description of each property with any third-party plugin for Google Maps.
Make sure that your properties use a page template with the sidebar and place this shortcode in the sidebar [mphb_availability] It will display a booking form.

Here is a tutorial on how to set up the synchronization. Villagio downloads bookings from the connected platforms once an hour and updates the availability on your website. External platforms download bookings from your website according to their own schedules.

If Kross Booking supports ical, you would be able to exchange the availability between it and Villagio. There is no other special integration with KrossBooking.

I am looking for a rental booking plugin/ or theme to use for a holiday villa rental booking webpage with the follow requirements.
1)The villa is rented for a minumun period of days (consecutive days) only. For example, during May period the villa can only be rented for at least 5 or more consecutive days by a customer and for July and August the villa can be rented for at least 7 days or more.
2) Also. The villa has a basic charge for up to 6 people and then for each additional guest there is an additional charge (for 6- to 12 people in total) for example For 6 guests the renting price is 200 euros. for each additional guest 20 euros up to 6 additional guests.
3) From november to march the villa is closed (booking is blocked for this period)
Does your solutions support these requirements above?

It sounds like Villagio will fit your needs.
The Villagio theme allows creating any booking/pricing season with any dates/length. Each season can have its individual booking rules including minimum stay rules.
It is possible to set up pricing based on the number of people staying (tutorial).
You can block bookings for any period with our booking rules.

Our plugin downloads the availability from the connected platforms every hour. The external platforms download the availability from our plugin according to their own schedules, which is usually no more often than once a two hours.
Thanks for your response…. now..some of the calendars from my properties from external systems (airbnb) don’t show the booked dates.. looks like there is no bookings done and everyone can book. when y click to sync external calendar the page brakes and gime en a HTTP ERROR 500 — i’ve also have the this option on settings: Enable automatic external calendars synchronisation selected ….. Any idea why the page is braking? and the calendar not synced? would appreciate any help. THANKS!

Hi guys, thanks a lot for your excellent theme. I’m starting a fresh instalation with this configuration. There are three houses and one of them has 5 apartments. I created 3 accommodation types (the three houses) and 5 accomodations wich belong to one of the houses. Well, this seems to be a problem, i have no information about the apartments (prices, calendars, nothing) i and have no clue about working with accommodations (not the accommodation types). What am i doing wrong, guys? How can i configure and display the information about the aprtments (not the house)? Greeting from the Azores Islands

You need to create the bookable properties as your accommodation types. So each apartment should be a separate accommodation type (tutorial). Then you will be able to display their info and configure other individual settings. The three different houses can be created as categories instead.

Make sure that in the hosting panel the PHP version does not have ‘native’ in its name. ‘native’ may not be displayed if you are checking the PHP version with a debugger plugin, for example. Please, respond within the created ticket for further assistance.

Simply create your rooms or room types as accommodation types (Accommodation > Accommodation Types). A hotel was used as an example in this tutorial.
