I need a cost-calculator for a house (where the user selects the model, number of rooms, number of bathrooms, type of floors, extras, etc) and the calculator will give the total. And it should not only give the total, but also show the monthly payments based on the interest rate and number of years the user selects

Hi. Love this configurator. Exactly what I needed 
If I have say 6 radio boxes, and one is selected (its only single choice, so you cannot select multiple). You cannot then unselect the box. You can only do this by selecting one of the other 6 radio boxes. If the person changed their mind and wanted to deselect (they want to choose no options) then there is no possible way to do this.
It does however work with checkboxes (multiple choice). Any ideas?
