Purchased this theme and tried to upload to Shopify, but the .zip file I downloaded didn’t include the theme layout template. Shopify gave me an error message when I tried to upload, it says “zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid”
Contacted their support team and opened a ticket. No response as of yet…
Issue Resolved
You uploaded the wrong file. 1st extract/unzip the downloaded file, then enter the “Theme File Needs to Upload” folder then upload the right file of the theme. Or contact our support team. They will assist you. Support link – https://hasthemes.com/contact-us/

On their support page says, they have 24/7 live chat support, its been 2 days and still waiting for live support to reply, Send email, nothing. Their documentation on this theme is NOT correct or complete. Complete waste of money. Will complain to hopefully get my money back.

i did check spam folder several times already. Take as much time as you need, all i want, is to have this resolved or get a “help” documentation that has answers about theme sections and no errors when uploading the demo data without error from shopify.
Hi, Sometimes, it may happen due to incorrect upload or 3rd party app. Before your purchase 7 more websites are using this theme without having any issue. I have created a ticket for you. im not getting the email to confirm my email thus i cant login. And i checked my spam numerous times and when i try to login i get this error “Account confirmation required” and i know this is because i didnt get the email to confirm my email. and i try to re-register, it says email already registered. What do i do now?
