Hello. I need an intranet that allows users to only view files, does not allow them to download files. I also need the intranet to allow a user to upload documents through a simple interface, not through code. Can that be in your theme?
does the livechat work with a plugin?

I bought this theme from another vendor https://themeforest.net/item/ihelper-helpdesk-and-knowledge-base-wordpress-theme/18140117 and now is no more available for download/upgrade.

There may be a misunderstanding. This is the first time we have developed the WP version for iHelper. We are TivaTheme (not spirestudio). When we asked designer of iHelper to develop the WP version, he said that he has cooperated with other author to develop WP version before, but this author has removed it from market and not worked more. So we can develop the new WP version for this design.
