Hello. I would like to ask if there is a way to display the post meta information on all posts in the Kistagram theme. At the current moment the post title and the keywords are only showing on the post thumbnail when you long press it. Can it be set up to show at all times? Thank you!

My apology, but upon doing so, it didn’t work. Maybe I have not clarified well, I’d like to always show the post title and the category on the post thumbnail on the front page. Not the carousel, but for each post thumbnail. Thank you!
Finally I decided to use the theme, and I run into a problem, when uploading the thumbnail is distorted. Why?

Hi,
I absolutely love the design of the theme but I am worried about locking myself in with all the custom work built-in.
What happens if one day I decide to change theme? Do I lose all private messages, votes, share counts and all that? or can I move them to other plugins?

you will not lose but those features will only with king theme, you can use child themes and you can keep using those features
I understand, but if I decide one day to use another theme all-together for any reason, I wouldn’t be able to use those built-in features anymore, right?

Dear RedKings. What is the best way to address several minor questions with the theme? They are the following:
1) When a post is shared, the share counter stays at 0. 2) The badges were set up, but aren’t displaying on user profiles. 3) When users log in, they get redirected to the main page, which doesn’t show them being logged in. Upon refreshing the page, it shows that the user is logged in.

Hello just purchased your product, and excited to use it. I was wondering is there a way to enhance the postings to slide to the next one without having to click on the button arrows on the top? I only ask because when in mobile view, you are pretty much stuck scrolling down no matter which view I select.
In the King settings, I have been hoping to find a way to configure a “swipe to the next one” type of option in my word press account. Could you please advise me?

Unfortunately my account is not approved in support forum because whenever I attempt to login or recover my password I get:

I do not mind communicating with you in the support forum, but I have yet to login to it successfully in order to start a new conversation.
So here are some issues I am trying to solve.I would have been more then happy to make these separate issues in your support forum, but I have yet to be able to login to it, and it appears there are only 4 conversations on it so perhaps others are not able to as well.
Here are my issues I am running into. I really hope I can get support because I am noticing whenever I ask a question I am only getting one little reply, and it is making me feel like you are not wanting to support.
I really like your template , there are just some quirky things that need to be adjusted. I would like to continue using your template, but I need some type of guidance or communication from you that will move me and the configuration of your template in the right direction.
Issue 1: Sometimes when I try and click on the WP admin option in my wp account, I am redirected to the website and not the admin panel, it just strips out the /wp-admin/. The only way I have been able to resolve this with WP support was to install another template, then I can actually see the admin dashboard. WP support and I tried clearing our cache, using different browsers, clearing history, etc….. What causes this and how can I work around it when it happens?
Issue 2: So I have an issue with the Blog Posts, when I try and edit a blog post and want to add some images from the media gallery it is blank (Which is why I asked WP support if they could check on if my folder path was correct.
Issue 3: , can you advise how I can configure to post all of the media associated with the author of the blog post to that images list block? Or select a category to automatically populate in this images list block? There is no images list block that I can see or anything out there in forums about it, but I did try and figure it out. Even WP support says they do not recognize the images list block so it must be part of the Kings template because it is no longer visible when a new template is installed so support advised contacting the author of the template, so here I am asking you.
Issue 4: Login pop up does not display the or options unless you click on the login button, then I am redirected to the login?loginto= page and then I can see the or options. I only connected my facebook API. How do I display the or options on the first login pop up.
I went to inspect the element of the image List, it looks like the images list is a ACF repeater field add on? Does this sound right?

So I can appreciate these two icons next to my username, if you have not noticed, one of the icons displays PURCHASED and next to it is a green badge that says SUPPORTED. Would you kindly advise when I will be receiving support? What is the turnaround time when a customer requests support? Do I need to request help from ThemeForest? Please advise the best way to get support since I paid for it and felt comforted at the time I purchased this template thinking I would actually receive some. I was able to resolve Issue 4, now I only need help with 1,2 and 3. Please advise. I really am trying to resolve some things and keep using this template. Thanks.

Hello, I love the theme and I am almost ready to buy it. I’d like to clarify the following before I do:
1) What hosting service do you recommend so the theme loads in <1-1 second 2) If I scale, is there an approximate maximum amount of concurrent users that you had in mind when designed the theme? I.e. is it designed to scale? 3) If scaled, would be able to discuss designing an android/iOS app that looks exactly like the theme? Do you provide these services?

Two specific questions:
1) Whwn following a user on the Kingstagram theme, the follow button stays as “Follow” and the loading animation keeps playing. But the button doesnt change to “unfollow” . The follow happens and shows up smarter refreshing the page. Is there a way we can fix that?
2) Is there a way to rename “My Settings” to “My dashboard” and “My dashboard” to “My feed” in the video menu?

do you plan for a layout “BuddyPress”? It means:
1. Users can quickly post a “News”, “Video”, or “Image” as their “status update” from the homepage. Or maybe the admin can set a default post type for “status update”.
2. The homepage layout has 1 wide “header” for featured posts on top, 1 “main column” with “status update” and recent posts below, and 1 “side column” for widgets.
I can pay for this custom layout too…

How can I hide Verified Accounts and Bonus Points in WP-ADMIN (wp-admin/ profile.php) for Subscriber users?
only admin can see wpadmin with our theme , authors or subscribers can not see wpadmin if you didn’t modify king theme
I understand, and how do I make the user profile photos have no cache? Because I changed the cover photo and avatar three times and it gets cached, it only shows the previous photo. I put the subscriber function because there the user can exchange photo several times. There is no cache.
