Hi, is there any reason I can only install one DEMO? I thought I can install one of the demos I can see online – what would be great. The standard Demo is missing many pages for Job listings too.

Just now I tried to log in to the Ticket Support forum for some matters. And I found myself couldn’t log in to there out of the blue. How do I change or remove this sting as the screenshot?
https://prnt.sc/mq4dfdI tired to look through in the noo theme language file to find the string by PoEdit and I failed. It seems like the language files for the specific string is stored somewhere else unlike the most of strings in the theme.
For your reference, the filed key for the string is “_full_address” which I just labeled into “Company Website”, originally from “Company Address”.

With that string, you also can use the loco translate to remove the string. If you can’t see the string, click to sync button, it will sync all the language string again. It also will remove your old translate.

Are there any other ways to make it translated without using other software than “PoEdit”? It’s really many that have been already translated by using “Po-Edit” so I would take up a lot of time to recover all that removed strings if ever done using Loco or other software.

1. The Software version shows WP 4.5.x : How does this impact using this theme on current and future latest version of WP?
2. Can the complete database of registered Candidates(including all custom fields) be exported from front-end? (this is not only for a particular employer but for the website owner – without going into WP control panel)
3. Can the Employer export data of candidates who applied for a particular job from front end?
4. Is there a field using which a candidate can keep his registered profile as private? This is for cases where the candidate wants to selectively apply instead of making his profile globally visible.
4.a In such a case can the website owner assign a role who can access profile of these candidates to suggest available job roles for their interests.
5. Can the candidate upload a video in his/her profile?

Do you have any kind of data export option for the admin? e.g. candidate profile data export or all job posting data export? This is very important requirement for a recruitment agency who wants to build a website using jobmonster. It will help them manage the overall candidate database and the database of active jobs posted.

As you know, our theme loading the min.js file at the front-end. But if you want to edit the js file, you need to copy the content from .js ( datatable.js ) to .min.js ( datatables.min.js ). It will help you easy to change the .min.js file content.

Hi, I have a pre sale question. Is it possible for visitors to send their resume without aplying for a specific job from the listing. So with just a call to action filling a form and uploading their resume en send it? Is this possible?
I intend to use jobmonster without the functionality for making an account. So two functions. 1: Applying for jobs without an account on listed the listed jobs. 2: Sending their resume using a contact form without applying for a specific existing job. Are these two options possible?
What is your refund policy in case the two mentioned functions are not available?

1. Yes, you can use the function Applying for jobs without an account. But with the second requirement, the candidate can’t send their resume without the user. To create a resume, the user needs to have the candidate account.

2. To setup only candidate to register, please check the config at JobMonster/ Setting/ Member/ Who can register option.

Hi, I really love the video background function. I put a nice Youtube video on the header area of my homepage and I found this works great on desktop. On the other hand, on mobile devices like smartphone, I saw it’s not working.

Yes, the background video can’t display on the mobile, that is the reason we use the css to hide the video background.
But if you want, you can add the custom CSS to show the background on the mobile.

Then I found that the background video was successfully loaded and seen on the mobile view after the given code applied. But sadly I still detected that one slight problem remaining: The video loaded is not running animated but just being paused like the SS: https://prnt.sc/molhvg

Hi There, I purchased this theme few days back. I have a staffing company & do not have a developer to help with few issues I am facing in the site. The idea of business currently is : We would not be giving much access to the employers, we would be creating the company profile from our end, shortlist candidates and add them to their profile to have a look. Kindly look into the following issues:
I wish to have job search and listing categories a different way i.e. first the Industry Vertical (2 of them) a candidate can choose which vertical he/she belongs to, then the departments (10 in first vertical, 3 in second vertical) a candidate can choose which department he/she belongs to and then the designations (almost 10-15 designations in all departments in all verticals) a candidate can choose which designation he/she want to apply for. In Advance search there is no way to minimize the vertical in dropdown, hence the candidate would have to scroll really down.
I wish to add those Audio Interview & Video Interview files from the admin dashboard to the candidates profile. Can and how can this be done from my end?

In Advance search there is no way to minimize the vertical in dropdown (There is a -ve and a + sign in many dropdowns where we can minimize or compress sub categories that we dont need), hence the candidate would have to scroll really down. https://prnt.sc/mohf4w. In case, this minimization is not possible; https://prnt.sc/mohkj5 This dropdown is the closest example that we could use. Can this be arranged?

2. On this image https://prnt.sc/mohf4w, the industry, department, position is the custom field or what? If this is the custom field, it can’t link the field A to field B to field C as you want.
All our custom field is independence, it can’t condition the category with department and positions field on the advanced search.
We need more time to R&D the custom field.
