this site uses SASS….I have no knowledge of SASS and do not wish to learn it…I do not have the time. You did not list SASS anywhere on the description – I would like a refund please….thank you
Sass is standard part of Bootstrap 4.x, but you don’t need to know or use sass, css is only used in production and you can modified it directly, located in assets\css

Hello – it there an option for a continuously viewable menu?
If you mean sticky menu, is not supported in this theme.
