Is it possible to have left and right sidebars on both the home page and on post pages?
Hi there, you can have left sidebars on homepage, but not on post pages unless you are using RTL.
After last update, posts are unable to load all images featured. I contacted my host and they said that it is related to the theme files. Any fix for this soon?

Since updating to the latest version, woocommerce “Add to cart” has stopped working for single products on the products page. The functionality works in other pages, it also works for composite products, but not normal products, so I guess the issue is in the single-products page. Any thoughts on this? Of course I have tested with a different theme and disabled plugins to make sure it’s a theme issue. Functionality also works for previous theme version v.6.2.0. Hope that helps troubleshoot. Thanks!

Where is WP Admin? Not Appearance, right?
Or I see the Install Plugins under the theme in my dashboard but there is no “WPBakery Visual Composer” in /wp-admin/themes.php?theme=thevoux-wp

I downloaded “themeforest-11400130-the-voux-a-comprehensive-magazine-theme-wordpress-theme” from Themeforest and uploaded “thevoux-wp” to /wp-content/themes/ . Still the same theme 3.1.3.
What was the process missing?
Are you downloading the latest version from ThemeForest > Downloads?
I could update the latest version 6.2.5 and clicked WPBakery Visual Composer Update in the Install Required Plugins. It said “Updating Plugin: WPBakery Visual Composer” but nothing happened after this.

I did successfully upgrade WPBakery Visual Composer! But now all layouts previously showed in my website disappears including the global menus. Are there any ways to fix these in once?
It seems texts are reflecting the site but all other functions like images, gaps, buttons, and so on.

Hi, our blog post featured images do not display the Pinterest share button. Pinterest share only shows on images further down in the post.
Is this a glitch? We would like the Featured Image to be sharable on Pinterest.

Hi, I recently updated to version 6.2.4, I have The Voux plugin and all was working well. However, after the update the colour customisations all reverted back to Hot pink, when I change the colour back and save changes, the changes don’t save. I don’t feel this requires renewed support as it is due to your recent update.

Hi there, I am not seeing any issue regarding the accent color.
It is also affecting the cookie bar content under theme options. Any changes made here or to the link colours/ accent colours don’t save and revert back to original. I have disabled pluggins and purged cache with no luck. Is there anyway I can revert back to the previous version or can you tell me why the changes aren’t saving?

Hi there, I’m having trouble getting featured images to line up in a grid. Doesn’t say in the docs what size they should be. Also If I upload a file that’s too big I’m getting HTTP error. Is this a server issue or something built in to the theme?
Regarding HTTP Error, you need to contact your hosting. They probably need to increase some variables. As for featured images, recommended image size is at least 800×600.
Thanks so is 800×600 enough. And does it have to scale up, so like 1600×1200 or is that less important?
800×600 should be enough, usually the featured images are scaled down so any image size above that will be OK.
Getting ready to buy this but there seem to be a bunch of glitches with the last update. Are you updating to address them so I should wait? Also, can you install and make look like the demo I want and if so, how much? if not, who can you recommend? Also is it okay for the lastest PHP? This was the issue with the last template. It broke the whole site!

Reading the other recent comments re: glitches. I bought it and someone is installing. How do I use the different article styles? Is that somewhere in the dashboard and can I do that now that Wordpress has those annoying blocks in editor?

I’m contacting you about a glitch with your theme.
I’m building a site using your Voux theme, using the exact same layout as the Food demo. I’m using the most up to date version of the theme and WP Bakery page builder plugin.
On mobile the video playlist element is showing 10 video posts instead of 5 video posts as it is set to show. It’s also repeating the first 5 posts rather than showing the most recent 10 posts. It’s fine on desktop, it’s just when the screen is minimized to tablet/mobile size.
This is happening on the site I’m building and on your demo. Please can you advise?

How do you make the titles of the posts show the italic and bold styles? I can make it show in the body of the post using em and strong tags .. But how to make it show for the actual post title?
