Hi, After I installed the template. The dashboard still show 2 warning. 1. Please activate your copy of the Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder to get update notifications, access to support features & other resources! 2. Your theme (Doyle) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

I don’t know what’s going on. Please help me to resolve them.

I wanted to place a video on the header like the demo is done but I do not see this option in the control panel. Can you reply to my email so that I can promptly work on these changes?

I’m havinbg some problems when I try to register the my theme. When I enter my purchase code, the following error is shown: “This product is in use on another domain: 2n1.3b0.myftpupload.com Are you using this theme for a new site? Please purchase a new license”

My domain is tremia.com.ar and 2n1.3b0.myftpupload.com is the GoDaddy address of the same page. How can I solve the problem?

We purchase license for theme Doyle on 06.09.2018. After activating theme, we start work on site and site now is in production. We notice few days ago that in WP admin console is message that we need to actovate copy of theme. It was strange for us, because we already activate theme in 2018. So, per instruction, we go to envato settings and try to activate theme again with needed data. We get this message : This API is being rate limited in preparation for it to be decommissioned. See https://forums.envato.com/t/rate-limiting-on-the-legacy-api/188055 for details. Invalid purchase code . I have used code license certificate file. Please help us to activate theme.

I have a problem. I initially bought a wp theme from you guys to install it in my domain kivudigital.com, and I did it successfully. However, I am not very experienced when it comes to programming in WordPress, and I went ahead I bought the services from wordpress.com without knowing that it was way cheaper to do it from wordpress.org installing it from the hosting.

I canceled my business plan then and I moved my domain to Bluehost, but now, when I try to use the theme it says that my old hosting is using it under my domain. It won’t recognize the purchase code. The domain remains the same one but is still being held by wordpress.com because it apparently takes 60 days for them to release it, and I need my site running now

We have recently bought this theme. Now, after installation only home page is working and when we click on any of the inner pages it is showing below error:

“Not Found The requested URL /mdo/home-creative-01/ was not found on this server.”

HI there – I have recently returned to my site to finish it off after a couple of months, updated WP and now the UI for editing pages offers me code and shortcodes instead of the blocks in the backend editor!! I prefer not to use WPBakery Page Builder on the page, but now there seems to be no other option.

I just purchased your wordpress theme called Doyle. When I download the file, Windows Defender is immediately removing the file due to a threat detected. Do you know why that is happening?
