Hi there, Select themes. I can ensure and verify that, https://cnworksafetysupplies.com/ is using aoki illegally cause their owner was spreading the word about it. I am one of the customers so I am very concerned about the theme getting to public hands. Please help and ask the owner to provide you with full documentation. He will fail. Ask him from where he bought, And which date, He cant tell you. I can be a witness of the guy saying he is getting aoki and other themes for free and reselling them for 1 $. He told me he has one more website where he sells the theme. If I get that I will surely tell you. Thanks.

I have two questions:
1. My portfolio gallery is set to show items ordered by ID, but it shows the items ordered by cathegory first and then by ID. How can I fix this?
2. I set my paragraph text to weight 300 (normal), but the website ignores this setting and shows the text in weight 400 (bold). How can I fix this?

You should be able to achieve the desired layout by using the standard portfolio list shortcode as in this page. You can achieve this by using the Select Portfolio List shortcode.

I love this theme and I would like to buy it, but I’ve noticed that the freeelancer home is not responsive on mobile: the photo should be above or under the title and should not disappear from the screen showing only one elbow, also the “graphic designer” text covers the person’s name too much. And when I tap on a picture in the portfolio on my mobile phone (for example here https://aoki.select-themes.com/portfolio-item/high-hopes/), it opens a popup with the arrows which should show the next picture, but the arrows don’t work. Will this be fixed in future updates?

The section you are referring to is created with Revolution Slider, so you can set it up how you want. About the lightbox navigation, it can be fixed with one line of css code, as it has been done on the demo.

Tried using nav_menu_link_attributes to add custom attributes to the menu items (), but seems like it’s not working

In Aoki theme we’re not using nav_menu_link_attributes, but a custom function for menu. You can find menu item registration and attributes at wp-content\themes\aoki\framework\modules\header\parts\navigation.php and if you take a closer look, you should be able to hook on an action before or after.

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
In the following text we’ll explain how the bundled plugins work:
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon.

This is because you didn’t update Core plugin to version 1.1
Log in via FTP account and navigate to wp-content/plugins. Delete select-core plugin. This will retrieve your Dashboard. Then log in to your WordPress and install new Core plugin from the notification on the top of your window.

We had issues with installation of the theme and demo. However, somehow we managed to install the theme and demo. It appears to be broken because we are having difficulties editing the website, we do not know how to do it with code, we have purchased this theme because we do not know how to edit with code. Also, we cannot edit the site with plugin WPBakery. It says the page is blank in all pages. At this point, we cannot find any solutions. We are trying for 3 days to install and edit the site however we have not achieved anything.

Hi there!
I’ve noticed your video button element doesn’t seem to work on sites with SSL certificates enabled. The screen just gets a dark overlay and the video doesn’t play, even on your demo site. When looking in a developer tool under the Console tab, it shows the error “Blocked loading mixed active content” and then shows the video url. It seems to be trying to load the videos as http instead of https which causes the conflict.
Is there a fix to this that can be manually implemented or are you guys planning on releasing a fix with your next update? Thanks!
