I bought Envit for a Wordpress website but I lost access to that Evato account. Can I re-buy the theme by another account and ask for support for the existing website?

Hello. I really like the styling of your theme, and I am interested in using it. However, I do have a couple of questions regarding functionality.
On your main demo, https://www.themechampion.com/demo/envitwp/, the “learn more” text is right aligned to the button. I assume the text can be centered on the button—correct?
The “all services” page has the icons left-aligned. Per a quick check the icon’s outer border doesn’t seem to allow centering? Is centering an option for the icons?
For the “causes” does this integrate with PayPal, something else?
And for the galleries, both the magnifying glass and chain icon redirects to the image as an attachment, see https://www.themechampion.com/demo/envitwp/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/g2.jpg. Is there an image viewer option, such as pretty photo or lightbox?
I know that you’ve recently updated your theme so your demo may not reflect the changes you’ve made. Thanks in advance!

1. Yes, “learn more” Text at the Slider button can be centered and it is done. Please verify. Thanks
2. All service page icons can be centered very easily.
3. “Cause” uses a plugin “Charitable” and it supports two payment gateways ‘Stripe’ and ‘Paypal’ . For more details please visit: https://wordpress.org/plugins/charitable
4. Currently, it shows images in the next tab but “lightbox” can also be implemented very easily.

Hi, the website I designed with this theme has gone down after WP updated to v5.9.3; it seems the theme isnt compatible with WP v5.9.3…please advise how to recover my website with the Envit theme. Thanks

Hi, I see I’m not the only one with the problem. I updated the theme and it caused a critical error. In recovery mode I see it shut the parent and child theme down, calling them “incomplete.” Looks like a problem with WP Bakery. I can only turn the themes back on by disabling the bakery plugin. looks like the error is here: envit/inc/visual-composer.php. with the error message: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function vc_get_shared().
If you have an explanation for this I would love an answer. Is this theme still supported? I could pay for support again, but hate to do that if there are no more updates coming or if it just doesn’t work anymore. Thanks

I just tried updating the theme to the most recent version again – each time I got errors – when I entered recovery mode it said it was a problem with an incomplete theme. I thought it would be good to update because NOW suddenly, my post pages are not loading specific categories and I thought updating the theme would help. just spent an hour updating in various ways and have once again reverted back to 1.2 due to the site breaking. i’m not sure what to do…could you help me? I can’t go to Ticksy, my support has expired.. but the page has stopped working and I didn’t change anything

My header image for my events page just suddenly stopped working. it seems to be a problem with the code – but I haven’t changed anything – my support has expired – so I can’t open a ticket – https://mountainsandwatersalliance.org/envit-events/ is the page – but the html to display the header image seems to be misformed for some reason – again, I didn’t change anything – Can you point me in the right direction to figure out why this has suddenly stopped working? or more importantly, which file do I use to fix it?

Help! I just updated the Envit theme – and while my pages and my website are working – when I try to get into my dashboard I get an error. The error says “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions”.
