I am just wondering how to update the WP Bakery & Ultimate Add-ons plugins? I think they used to be a part of the downloadable package, but cannot seem to source anymore?

Updated to the latest version. Now Master slider plugin is not showing layers and it won’t update to the required version. It says I need a license.. Visual Composer is also requiring and update, but it also needs a license to update. Don’t these plugins come bundled with the theme?

Hi, I was able to get them updated. Saw on article on your support site. I needed to disable, update, then enable again.
There is an issue with image alignment with Visual Composer. I can’t report it to them because I need a direct license to submit tickets to them, maybe you can. When I add a single image and try to center align, the class name generated is “vc_align_ center”. (note the space between vc_align_ and center) This results in the image not being centered. If I inspect the generated page in a browser and remove the space so the class name reads vc_align_center, it works. I worked around by adding custom CSS to the page to center align text with class name “vc_align_”. This should be fixed in the plugin.

Can you please add the option to use html code in the footer text? I have added html code to the footer and it works for a while and then it disappears. I asked for this option like a year ago.
Theme options -> Footer -> Footer text
Same thing happens with Top Info Bar Phone and Address when you add html code to them.

Can you please add the option to open the parent page in mobile menu? I am unable to open page in mobile that has lots of sub pages.
First let me explain my first answer, there are text fields in theme options panel which is not designed for HTML, we also have text area fields for HTML but we didn’t design the areas for this kind of use.
And about your second question, if you mean the parent menu items are not clickable I strongly recommend you to create another menu in order that you want (which is not requires parent elements be clickable) and set it for your mobile menu location.

I have 23 pages in my menu so it would be too long menu for the mobile. How can I make the parent menu items clickable in mobile?

You can use any kind of menu widget, we have no limitations. We designed our mobile menu widget to work as we described.

You’ve added Custom Menu widget to Mobile Menu sidebar, you mean this, right? If so, that widget has no option, maybe you can search for 3rd party widget plugins. And you can always contact with us via email, use form on our themeforest profile page.
Yes I tried with Navigation Menu widget. I also tried with two 3rd party menu widgets but the menu didn’t look like I wanted.

So, you want to hide menu completely? Appearance > Theme Options > Layout > Primary Menu / Logo > Side Menu
Side Menu has this text: “Disabling this will not disable mobile menu, only on desktop mode”

I bought the theme and its awesome but for some reason i made a new menu and my main menu will not change for the life of me..it remains on the service menu…and also i get you guys want to make money on tickets but the documentation sucks on this simple basics should at least be on there.

Seems that is the issue, after running the browser inspector and changing the padding.
However, when I edited the css file in wordpress from this ”.owl-item {padding: 0 10px} ” to this ”.owl-item {padding: 0 0px}”, it made no difference upon viewing the pages.
