Both plugins are using native wp_mail function, so the problem does not seem to be related to the theme or the accompanying plugins – most likely server environment is not sending the emails from the WordPress.

Each page element, including sections, when you edit it, has a tab titled “Responsive”. There, you can set the resolutions for which the section is going to be visible.
Some of the pages on the demo have same sections (one above the other) with slightly different layout or images – one visible on the mobile and one visible on desktop resolutions. The aim was to make the these sections more optimized on mobile resolutions.
Please try locating both sections in Bold Builder and change the content of both sections and the issue should be resolved

Good day, i love your theme but before i buy i will like to know if it has event features on it. I did not see any on your Demo. Does it have an event Plugin? And one last question, can i display Team Members on the Homepage because i intend using it to display Speakers registered with our organization.

Thank you very much for your answer (6 days ago) which has helped me a lot. The problem is still in: Once you have set up the start page (in this case Carreer Coach), taken over all options and entries of the Carreer page in the customizer, deleted the entries on the page itself, this works for the start page (HOME). With the entries in the customizer the entries are set to global, aren’t they?
If you then create further pages (e.g.) products, seminars, etc., these pages should take the global entries (from the customizer (they are global for that), but here it does not seem to matter which menu or menu settings (global) have been made.
In our case:
we have chosen Career Coaching as our start page (this also fits), then create a second page … and see there … The Temolate doesn’t care at all what is entered in the global settings (Customizer), which menu type has been selected. The menu of Life Coaching is used.
So, what is the right solution now? Without the right menu setting the template is not usable.
We ask again for your help. If necessary, we will set up a guest admin for you on our website. Thank you very much.

We like your theme very much! We are now facing a problem and ask for your support.
We would like to use the “career coaching” layout as our main template. In Customizer -> Homepage Settings we have set “career coaching” as the home page. But, now we can’t customise “career coaching” template with the Customizer. In other words, the header styling, general settings (colors, logo), typography and all other options doesn’t correspond to our selected layout. Is it possible that just the “life coaching” and “marriage coaching” can be customised, but not the “career coaching”? Please advice us what to do in order to get what we need to achieve.

Here is how the Setting generally work
The settings in the Appearance > Customize panel are global, meaning that they influence every page on the site by default.
On the other hand, you have an option to override these settings on per page basis. If you take a look at the bottom of the page edit form, you will notice Override Global Setting part in Settings Section – here you can override global settings for every page.
You probably have a bunch of overrides on career coaching page – the best practice is to apply the settings from these overrides in Customizer – making them global and then remove them from career coaching page. Once you do that, the pages on the entire site will be with look and feel of career coaching page. Once you do that, apply any needed changes in Customizer and they will be reflected on all pages throughout the site.
If you take a look at http://documentation.bold-themes.com/celeste/getting-started/ section HomePage varsion – you should be able to find an explanation of the process.

Hello Boldthemes team,
We just updated this theme, and some colors are just getting back to the original pink color (main menu color, overlay color, link color etc…)
The main colors configured in the theme are bypassed and I think it’s a bug.
We are updating the theme manually by overtwirting the original parent theme and keeping the child theme in place (like we used to do).
Can you tell us if there is anything wrong with that? Are we missing something?

The only explanation we have for this is that you have modified the original theme’s css file which was overwritten in the process of the parent theme update.
The other case can be that the markup of the mentioned elements has changed in the update in a way that your css selectors do not reference the proper elements any more. But, this is an unlikely case.
You are not doing anything wrong – the issue is almost certainly with the applied custom css.

I just check this morning and no we didn’t have a modified the style.css in the parents theme (I replace the style.css from my backup and the problem was still here). So it is the update which is causing those issues.
Right now I changed the pink color manually in the style.css from parents theme in order for my custom colors to work. Those custom colors are well present in the Customize section of my WordPress but not correctly used in the frontend.
Also, I had to harmonize the Nunito font declarations because it was breaking the font at different places into the theme (there were some “Nunito Sans” / Nunito Sans and “Nunito Sans”,Arial,sans-serif).
So because of that, yes, right now I have a modified style.css in the parent theme.
I tried to copy the corrected style.css code from the parents theme into my style.css child theme but the style.css from parents theme is bypassing him. So yes, at the next update, maybe I will have to do this over again.
Can you tell me if you are going to fix those problems or maybe how I can put the style.css corrected in my child theme correctly for the next time?

Maybe this will help you, “css-override.php” seems to be very different (from 8 lines to 792 lines) from the theme previous version and seem to contain some of the problematic elements here.
We tried to overwrite this file with its previous version and it seems to fixed the problem.

The subheaders are page excerpts – so if you edit a page remove the excerpt text and the subheader will be removed – https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/article/9372/

No it is not normal – for some reason your web site could not download and import files from demo site.
Please try it again – if it fails, please inspect your server error log – your hosting might not support curl based image downloads, there can be a problem with folder permissions and a number of other things.
The second issue is related to the first one – you have image attachments present in your WP database, but they do not physically exist and the code is tricked into concluding that image dimensions are not zero where in fact they are.

I encountered problems when using Celeste Theme (and Bold Builder)’s Masonry Post and Masonry Portofolio with WPML : because they’re using ajax request to get the content, and the language is not specified in the ajax query, it’s always the main language content in the response, so pages using these components can’t show the current language content .. at least in my case when using different domain’s name for the differents languages.
My way to fix it : (example for bt_bb_masonry_post_grid.php , same for portofolio)
1. add GET parameter for the language in the ajax query :

wp_localize_script( 'bt_bb_post_grid', 'ajax_object', array( 'ajax_url' => admin_url( 'admin-ajax.php?wpml_lang=' . ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE ) ) );2. set the langage when handling the ajax query, depending on this GET parameter

If you want to add a sidebar to an individual page, please edit the page, at the bottom of the edit form, you should find Settings metabox – Add Sidebar Override Global setting with the desired value (left or right) and the sidebar will be shown on that page.
In regards to the blog page, you have provided a link to the theme forest preview frame – please go to http://celeste.bold-themes.com/, navigate to the desired post and paste the url (should start with http://celeste.bold-themes.com/)

In order to do that, please create a static page, add a section and a row with the single column. Add Masonry Post Grid element to the column, set the number of columns to 3, Gap to Normal and Category Filter to Yes

Please try to remove the image you have set for alternative sticky header logo logo on Appearance > Customize > General Settings panel. Having alternative logo option set triggers sticky dark color scheme.

There was no image set for alternative sticky header logo. However I played with this option and on two pages Pocetna and O meni without alternative sticky logo Menu works fine but on other pages it doesn’t. So i used override Global Setting and added sticky logo to those pages (same image as for normal logo) and they are working now. Maybe this will help someone.
