hi, just uploaded the theme, said it was successful. After activating, my site crashed and get message:
“The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
When I sign back in there is message that the theme did not load properly as was paused on the backend.
I deleted the theme, reinstalled and had the same problem.
I’m on Wordpress 5.2.3, and php 5.6.4. thanks
My cpanel he error file shows -
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function vc_get_shared() in /home/.../wp-content/themes/finance/inc/visual-composer.php on line 264
Your documentations says:
“Financepro includes 3 plugins that will need to be installed and activated: Visual Composer, Zozothemes Core. Only the Zozothemes Core plugin is required one to work for our theme features like shortcodes and shortcode generators. Visual Composer and Zozothemes Core are required plugins. When you install Financepro, you will get a notification message in your WP admin telling you of the required and recommended plugins.”
I never received this message. I have WPBakery Page Builder v5.7 installed from a different theme.

As we have already emailed you on this issue. It is related to server memory limitation. If you search this error message on google you will find the details.
You need to increase the memory by putting code in WP-config. Also, about the plugins, you need not to install any plugin form other theme. All required plugins are given with theme.

I’ve had this theme for years and now it suddenly won’t work without a purchase code. My website suddenly would not let me update WordPress until I enter this code. None of my plugins would update either. NOT COOL.
Hello, As per new guidelines by themeforest. Theme should be validated with purchase code. You can still use your old purchase code and update theme. Go to to downloads and download the invoice of your purchase, you will find code. Simply enter it and activate your theme.

Hello Author, I have purchase this theme and install demo 2. But some feature are missing in my website imported demo. Like OUR CASES, TESTIMONIALS, OUR ADVISORY TEAM etc. There was lot of page in theme demo i notice but in my website demo most of those pages are missing. Somehow my title sections disappeared. I’m not sure what happened. It looks like is empty now.
Your system apparently stripped out my code. It looks like the div id=main is empty. That’s where the title bar usually is.

I recently updated this theme, and it’s trying to use the demo logo in the header. How do I fix this? I had a custom site logo uploaded before, and when I go to settings, that logo is still uploaded. But for some reason it’s displaying the logo_dark.png located in finance/assets/images/tmp

I’ve tried that. In the admin screen, it shows the right logo is uploaded, but on the website, it’s loading the demo logo.
I’ve even tried removing the logo then saving it with no logo uploaded, and that didn’t fix it.
