I purchased this theme and had you install it and I’m having issues with editing the demo content on the home page. The packages on the home page will not change to days. It will change to weeks and years for the duration but will not change to days. I can not find an email to support anywhere! Please advise!

Hello, i want to buy this theme for a particular project and i want to know if is a options to show/hide some rows just for the client who registered and have an account. In the other case, i want to make sports courses for children and i want to make a specific page for the child and there shows the informations about the learn child stage and this option to make visible just for the parents who have an account on website. Hello I am making updates to my site with the demo content populated through wordpress editor however, when I attempt to save the changes via the update button all of the content reverts back to the previous version and does not save my changes. I have to go to the revision history and access the autosaved version in order to apply any updates. Can you please assist?

Yes, our them comes with demo in the page builder not a visual composer modules.
Kindly note the whistle theme dummy data created by the page builder. You have to customize those content by page builder only.
You can use either shortcode builder/ page builder / Visual Composer modules to create the new page contents. You can’t use both shortcode builder / page builder / Visual Composer in one page.

Hello, I am trying to create a site based on the Demo information. I was able to update the slider images; however once I completed the hompage content with the slider disappeared. I tried to re-import the demo content and now the container for the slider is smaller than the page width and I can’t determine how to correct.

It seems you have upgraded your WordPress version to 5.X which included the block editor by default . We have fixed this compatible issue in our updated version , so kindly update the theme to version 2.5 .

After update , if you want to edit the page then get into Admin Panel > Pages > there you can find new option “Edit With DTPage builder” under the page title . So using that option you can edit the page as normal .
Else simply install / activate this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/ , it will enable the text editor mode .

Can you tell me how I can unsubscribe from your support system. I see no options to unsubscribe when I log in to your support desk. There is no mention of it in your knowledgebase. I’m constantly getting emails every time somebody posts. When i go to the post I’m told my support has expired – yet you still send me these emails. The email you used to send me the email has a noreply email address so can’t contact you this way. Have gone to your website wedesignthemes.com and there is no contact email or contact form even. Checked your privacy policy thinking their might be an email address there and you have no relevant privacy policy content in your page.
I’ve tried all the angles. Can you get me unsubscribed from your support helpdesk and stop sending me everytime somebody comments on the theme please.

Our theme is compatible with Visual Composer, but Visual Composer page builder works with only newly created pages , you cannot edit the Demo contents with Visual Composer. You can create new pages with Visual Composer plugin.

You can update font awesome icons by yourself – http://support.wedesignthemes.com/knowledge-base/font-awesome-icons-update/ But you can’t update Font awesome version 5, as of now we cannot use that version in our theme. It will be a huge task for us to change the theme fully to use that version. We will consider it in our future versions.

Demo content didn’t upload any images. How do i get the full demo content added?
Very disappointed that 24 hours go by and no response to my comment or to my forum posts or support email. Very bad business and import doesn’t work even after a complete uninstall of wordpress to start all over only to have the demo content not load properly. I may be requesting a refund. Who knows what else is broken on this theme

Sorry, but I’m really not willing to go on using this template. I asked for the solution of this problem for two month and got the answer, that the update will fix it, but not when the update will arrive. Now the update came and the issue is still there. So if a fix was possible, why did I have to wait for the update? That fact and a few other things led to this decision.
