Hello, the megamenu module does not work correctly, it is an odyssey to be able to create a submenu, so far impossible and the worst thing is that there is no tutorial on how to add it. When I give submenu settings and then Addrow, the empty columns appear and it does not allow adding from there or from the main page.

Bugs and unprofessional support.

Because of bugs, I contacted the creator in August but I had no answer from him, so I ended up fixing the bugs by myself (contact form, Instagram pictures, adding articles to the blog, etc) and leaving a note of 1 star since this $90 theme is not 100% functional and that the support is not responsive.

At the end of September, two months later, instead of helping me or asking me what was nonfunctional in his product, the creator insulted me by email because I left a note of 1 star.

Again and Again!!! We have problem with modul Megamenu VNLAB!!! In widgets manager we can’t to link widgets to subcategories, when we put radiobutton on subcategory, it doesn’t link after update a page. And after we have error 500 html on our page! It’s not a last bugs in that theme. More bugs we resolved with dvelopers team, so we nee to pay more money than cost that theme!!!

Hi, in that theme we found a lot of bugs. I wrote you some times in email. So really please, in your modul: Vnlab Tab Product Pro. In that modul we have problem with Cache, when I set some categories, it doesn’t show me product on home page, when I change settings, it show me in another PC, but not on my, the problem with cache. Do you have NEW version. I think we BOUGHT a version in test period. 10 months ago.

We have problem with translations in modules, for example: We need to translate placeholder text in Search bar on top “Type here for search”, when we open translations i get error “There is no translation file available” I need open tpl file to change it, but I have two, three language in site, I need that place holder text to be in another languages.
