You can change the default image for this in the Theme Options Panel(wp-admin > hotelmaster) > Overall Elements > Page Title background.
The pages and portfolios also have a separate option in the Page Option panel(it can be seen when you are editing/adding a page) where you can change this image separately.

Today I am having an issue with the theme and some plugins. When I click on All Pages it directs me to a blank white page. Same happens when I click on Rooms (hotel) to fix room settings. I have cleared all the cache. I have deactivated and activated the plugins. I have changed the theme to a different one and then come back to your theme but nothing seems to work. Please, could you help me? this is one of the last things to edit prices and availability so i can go live. Many Thanks.

Really sorry, our theme support only Paypal, Paymill, Authorised.net and Stripe. To integrate other payment options, you have to hire a coder to do this. It’s pretty big work.

I updated my wordpress from 4.8.8 to 5.0.3, everything is fine at 98%
I just have only one problem. On all pages, when I want to save my changes in ITEMS OPTIONS (pop-up), the button CLOSE and SAVE CHANGES are not working anymore.
I tried on Google chrome and Firefox … does not work.
On themeforest you said it is compatible up to wordpress 5.0.X
Can you have a look to tell me what can we do to make the button CLOSE and SAVE CHANGES work again

can you add extra charge while the booking has been complete? like what if the customer wants to buy or avail a new service while he’s checked in, can you add the payment to his account?

Seems like you have been using the theme for a while so I guess that it worked earlier. Not sure did you do anything special before this occurred ? Like updating any plugins or WordPress version?
Yes it was wordfence firewall blocking the master slider page. When i deactivated it, i had access to the master slider editing page
Don’t know why is it blocking.. any solution?
Really have no idea as well as we’re not its developer.
However, I guess that it might block the third party resource that Master Slider calling.

Some time ago we bought your theme ‚Hotel Master‘. We also made the latest update to the new version 3.11. and updated all plugins and WP. These days our Provider told us we had to change to another php Version (7.2) instead of our actual php version (5.6) till March otherwise – staying at php 5.6 – it will cost us service money. After a short time test of php Version 7.2. most of the sites in your theme don’t work. Is your Theme not working with the new php Version 7.2?

If you’re using V3.11, it’s surely compatible with PHP7.x as in our server is using too.
But some pages are not working anymore with php7?!
Can you try to disable other plugins and see if it works or not? If still not, Can you please send wp access + ftp access through the form in this page > http://themeforest.net/user/GoodLayers ?
And please provide page urls that having problem.
