(1) The demo has the “Homey” logo. Is it removed when you purchase? (2) No images come with the demo as per many comments. Can I display my own graphics/images at least on the main page? (3) This is a huge turn off that in my opinion must be fixed ASAP-how can I not see communication between host and renter? What if they exchange emails and phone numbers and basically bypass me (the platform) completely and do transactions between them
1) Yes, you can remove and add your own logo from admin panel.
2) You can add your own images, we just added dummy images in demo import because of copy rights. if you still need images, our team will provide you.

If I think about renting e.g. coaching, courses or events, it should be possible to book a listing several times for a day or a period of days until the maximum number of people for the listing is reached. Or think of hotels with a lot of same rooms/apartments which don’t want to list them several times. Is something like multiple booking per item on your add-list or would it be hard work to customize that? Or could you give at least a hint at the part of code to change this trigger after I buying your theme?

As your theme already offers a lot of search-fields, WHY don’t you have a keyword-search out of the box, to search e.g. for the listing-name and display those results on the map by relevance?
E.g. something like in your other theme (even if it would be without autocomplete):
