I bought this theme thinking that I will have some level of support while I accommodate it to my needs – but I have never had any kind of support. If I send them a question I am getting a reply with their question or canned answer, and then we are going in circles…

Theme is not working entirely as it should and a lot of bugs which some of them I have managed to fix by myself without any help from theme author.

I have purchased your theme (Modernx – Architecture & Interior WordPress Theme). I have a problem on a home page of my website which I am building:

I have two separate sections of VG portfolio on the same page.

First one is called OUR SERVICES (5 services in one row) – third section from the top on the Home page Second one is called OUR CLIENTS (three vertical images in one row) – fifth section from the top on the Home page.

The problem is when I chose and click on the top links of the services in a first section VG Portfolio (5 services in a row) – OUR SERVICES – images bellow disappeared – and that one I clicked appear in a second VG portfolio where is OUR CLIENTS.

Also if I click on one top links above VG portfolio section for OUR CLIENT section – our_clients_home_page.PNG – this section works well – but all images are now disappeared in first VG Portfolio section (OUR SERVICES)

I have created a user for you with administrative privilages so you can take directly a look (sent you in email a month a go now):

Can you please help me with this and tell what I need to do in order both of these VG portfolio sections work on the same page?

I contacting you with an issue I am having with your theme’s installation. I uploaded the main theme file, but when I get to uploading the child theme I get an error message that the paront theme does not exist I should install that first.

I could only find a modernx-child folder to be uploaded. So I compressed tried to upload it via Wordpress also via FTP an uncompressed version. I did not work. I thought it could because in your documentation you call it ‘Modernx-childtheme’ and in the material I downloaded from Themeforest only ‘modernx-child’ its really confusing. Could you please help me with this issue?

I want to make the writing on pages in the paragraph to be Sentence Case. I had a coder do it for me but when I update Wordpress or the Theme it reverts back to “lower case” which looks awful. Can you please advise what to do. I also used a plugin called “Change Text Case” but it does not work. It seems the theme keeps making it “lower case”. Apart from that it’s an awesome looking theme thank you.
