Hi there, i need to insert a line break in CONTENT SWITCH INTRO element in WpBakery. The title should have line breaks, but when i insert it, the < br / > is shown as plain text. HTML code is not recognized. Please update, thanks!

Title background image for single products is controlled from main shop page, which you should set in WooCommerce > Settings > Products.

Actually, sorry one thing guys, I’ve added all the widgets to the Mobile Side Area, but now on mobile, it’s not showing the 3 line hamburger menu, and the side area is displayed (without a background) overtop of everything. There’s no option to open or close it. It just appears over everything.

Sorry but the support is expired i need support for 2 problem with your theme 1 is about the google map in contact us page , i filled in the sarto option page the field API GOOGLE MAP KEY with mine, and in the page https://www.wls.it/contact-us/ i used the default address (news York) but in the map appear always a place in Australia, i tryed changing with my address but nothing change!! 2 ) is there a way to disable the top right button for SIDE AREA (i dont’ need it) Thanks

Unfortunately we don’t have “Divided” header type for Sarto theme, we included Minimal, Standard and Vertical. Here’re examples:

We also included “First Main Color” option that will change the majority of element’s colors for your page.

Perhaps you should check per page settings, they override global ones from Edge Options.
When it comes to Intro title, if we’re talking about this field https://www.screencast.com/t/msorhqgnsBb3 unfortunately it doesn’t accept HTML tags, so you won’t be able to insert line breaks or anything else in markup. This field is meant to accept one or two words maximum, so HTML tags were not necessary.
