I dreamed the WordPress Version would get revamped and here it is. After purchasing the theme and installing it I have two feature requests so far. I would LOVE to have a merged header option instead of the two on top of each other. The second feature request would be the option to hide the left side bar when a user isn’t logged into the website. My final goal would be when not signed in you get the menu header and no side bar and then after logging in you will get the user bar header and the sidebar on your screen.

Are there any plans of offering a mobile-app option for this theme? I think mobile app frameworks/options is much needed for Buddypress themes such as this. If not, I see that you offer custom work. Is mobile app something you can do, tied with this theme?

We don’t provide custom works on mobile apps creation, we are not specialized in this niche. Probably we’ll make it in future if we partner up with some good mobile app developers. Nevertheless, if there are any ready mobile apps for BuddyPress, they must work fine with the theme.

I purchased your theme today. I am having a problem with post formats. When changing the format to video, the input for the video URL does not appear. That is with Gutenberg. I installed “Classic Editor” plugin and there it is working. Not sure where this is coming from, but maybe you can check on it. – Thanks in advance and thanks for the amazing theme!

It is a presale question, i need to know if youzer extensions will play nice with the theme or not. any clues?

Youzer updates are available only together with theme updates. It is ruled by the extended licensed , that we own for it.
We haven’t modified Youzer in the functional side, we’ve changed only styling. So it will work with all its extensions, including Buddypress Activity Reactions.

The theme has failed for second time. I don’t know what is going on with theme. The first time, after some days of working, the theme got completely white, the buttons were not being showed, nothing. I had to reinstall everything. Now, after one week of working on the theme, I cannot login. After I logged in the login page, I am redirected to the same page with out getting online. I would say that your documentation is “well documented” as theme forest says, but after some working on the theme I have found that your documentation is poorly documented. I cannot find how to setup a lot of things. Does any one can help me?

Please, submit a ticket here providing a link to your site with wp-admin credentials, so our support agents could check it and help you to fix everything. Sorry, but we don’t quite understand what the plugin do you mean or you are talking about the theme? Please, clarify your question, so we could give you a more accurate answer. As for the headers, there only user bar and header with the menu, but we plan to do some improvements concerning this matter in future updates.

The theme supports myCred, but it doesn’t come with the theme, because myCred license doesn’t allow to distribute it within the sold theme. We purchased myCred integration extension to demonstrate how it works with the theme. But unfortunately it must be purchased separately https://www.kainelabs.com/downloads/mycred-integration/

- To show the list of users sort by location (we may locate by IP, GPS, city selection in my profile). - To show the list of groups sort by location (location may be set when creating group). - To filter by location forum conversations. - To filter by location the newsfeeds.

Theoretically, the answer on both questions is Yes.
But they are not related to the theme functionality.
The theme is based on the Youzer plugin, and it doesn’t provide functionality for paid users. It can be achieved by additional third-party plugins.
REST API is supported by WordPress itself, and you can set it up in the theme the way you need it. But again it is not a theme-related question.

I think you don’t get what I mean.
By default REST API is only support default wordpress. Not support for those custom post type, custome field , custom taxonomy.
Refer below theme , it make it support full rest api for those custom things in theme for mobile native to work as desktop website.

We haven’t created any custom post types, custom fields and custom taxonomies in Olympus . This theme is based on functionalities of third-party plugins, like BuddyPress and Youzer, and provides frontend design for them.
Rest API must be available for these plugins, but you may want to ask their devs to make sure.
