Again, reaching out to you. The site is great, but there is a bug that needs fixing. I have designated the shop page to “shop left sidebar grid” and once I do that, the shop page in grid format is perfect. However, when the customer clicks on “list” I want it to display only 2 columns – the product sidebar widget (column 1) and each product on a single line, up to 12 products per page. However, even though settings are at “2 columns” it displays the sidebar widget (column 1) but then shows 3 additional columns of products.

Currently, I have a direct link to a shop page (“shop grid right sidebar”) and both the grid and list view is behaving exactly as I want. However, the second I set the theme to “Shop grid right sidebar” as the “shop page” – all defaults back to the 4 columns on the shop page.

Again, I really need to solve this as your delayed response is preventing us from going live.

Hi I have purchase your theme however, it doesnt seem to be compatible with current woocommerce plugin. Main issue I have is the categories pages and sub categories do not display sidebar. I need sidebar to display menu options and subcategories.

Also, doesnt enable filter by price or any other filter options. When I try to add this it shows error. t

Having a small problem that I can’t figure out. Two issues with the shop page which I’m hoping you can help:

1) Images are on the bottom half of the display area, rather than filling out the entire frame. There is a grey area now on the top of all pictures. Not sure how to remove / change settings so the picture fills the page.

2) I set up a 2 column shop page, so that products are on the right and the product sidebar widget is on the left. Looks great, except when I go to “list” mode when, instead of the products being listed…they appear in multiple columns. I’ve tried tinkering with those settings as well, but it’s not accepting the 1 column per product layout.

The product images in the related, featured and shop page are blurry. I’ve tried resizing in woo commerce, optimising, regenerating thumbnails and other options with no success. I see that the theme has a default image size for these blocks. any advice? I’ve spent a day on this with no luck.

Hi, I have tried to install your theme, however when trying to install plugins an error reads “Something went wrong with the plugin API” and so I tried to install them one by one, but another erros shows ” Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /homepages/1/d827830224/htdocs/app827830314/wp-content/themes/rab/inc/helpers/enqueue-handler.php on line 631” When i tried to install slider an error message says “The plugin generated unexpected output” Please help

You can disregard my earlier message about the “duplicate” button – this issue has been solved and seems to be working properly.

However – new question. As I’m showcasing products on my home page in WP Bakery by selecting “WooProducts” I’m able to showcase by columns, and various other ways…but I am unable to showcase only a specific category. In one section, I’d like to only show “shoes” and in another section, I’d like to only show “heels” for example.

I have looked online for various help and it appears I need to go into WooCommerce > settings > Products and then click on the “display” tab. But there is no “display” tab on my version. And even still, is this how you do it…or is there an extension on WooCommerce I need to install or purchase?

Hi – I’ve downloaded the RAB theme, and I really love it. Great job. However, one major problem hoping you can solve…and a couple questions which I’ll get out of the way first:

1) Wordpress is saying the theme has outdated copies of WooCommerce template files. Do you have a theme update to work with latest version of WooCommerce? 2) There is an update to WP Bakery – will you be providing the update to this? 3) here’s where I REALLY need help. I’m setting up an ecommerce site with hundreds of products for a shoe company. Each shoe comes in many sizes so all sizes have been listed as an attribute / variation.

You offer a “duplicate” button which is terrific, however there is a flaw. When duplicating a product, somehow the “hide” functionality of the attribute or variation is eliminated. So, even if you set (for example) a shoe to 0 inventory on a particular size (let’s say size 5.5), the product page will still show size 5.5 as in-stock and available, and will not be hidden.

The only work-around (after days of trying) is to build a new product entirely. If you hit “duplicate” – the problem resurfaces.

As I have to create hundreds of products – really hoping you can help guide me how to override this problem, so that I can duplicate products and be much more efficient.

HI there – I really like this wordpress theme; it looks like it has everything I”m looking for and the design is great. Maybe I’m not seeing this option, so I just want to be sure it has the option to install….

My client sells shoes and when customers purchase, there are two functionalities I’m looking for:

- Ability to select different sizes and colors of the product, before adding to cart - “bundle” products together – so that if they buy 3 items in a package, they will be offered a discount.

Can you please confirm these features are available in your theme? If so…sold.
