I’m having the same issue as “faithmediallc”. I’ve re-downloaded the theme last night (as you’ve mentioned you updated it) but the Instagram feed still doesn’t show up. I’ve entered the token, it’s either the demo display that shows up or nothing at all. Very disappointed…and even more than that, to require a further purchase of support for YOUR bugs, not for mistakes on our part or lack of knowledge…

Hello, can I please get some help? Mega menu 5 is not working we need it as our catalog is very large. The product vendor/brand is also not working it is showing all products to same vendor/brand even tho items are tagged to correct vendor/brand how to fix this? Can you please tell me how the image resize option works for product images? We have set image to crop images so that all product images show same size but it did not work all product images on home, collection and product pages are all different sizes. How to fix this? We sell our own products and from drop-ship companies so images are not going to be all same size. If you want to use Crop images, we will adjust for your site.

I’ve had this theme for over a year now. Ever since this new update I am having trouble with the instagram widget. It will only show the demo content. I’ve changed the auth token, still no success. I’ve noticed that previous versions also required you to provide your username in the widget fields along with the auth token. That field is missing in the new version of the theme. Could this be the reason why?

Hello there, i have paid for the support package 2 months ago and contacted the author for issues i am having twice but there has been no respond or any communication. i have emailed fo rthe 3rd time now. can i please have the refund for the support package paid for as there has been no respond or anyone to help me with the issues i have been having with the theme. its is frustrating that it has wasted my 2 months waiting and with what i have page just for support.. nothing has been done.
