going further in the process, I found that if an employer subscribes to a free job package (package where I did not authorize the download resume of attached files) then if a candidate applies for one of these jobs, the employer can to contact the candidate but he still can not download the resume attached file? can be done as for the contact details of a candidate that is to say that they are hidden unless the candidate applies or the employer has access to all the details. sorry for my poor english

User registered as candidate. He updates the resume. On location the auto location options is not working. In the backend on the map location settings google map is chosen and the api key is entered.
Can you please help as to what could be the reason for the auto location not to work.

But when the candidate tries to enter his location while submitting the resume the location is not getting added.
Now in the jobmonster admin menu – settings – location i have unchecked this “Enable Google Auto-Complete – Using Auto-Complete from Google Map for your location input”
The candidate enters a new location which is not getting saved at all. Should we have to populate the towns and cities for the users to select. If yes where and how.
Also, Checked the documentation for this where it was mentioned “Allow User Input: Check this box so that users can add new locations when they post a job”
But this option is not available in the backend.
Please let me know as how to proceed further on this.
