Hi, I just purchased this theme. it seems ok. But my web hosting provider said the theme had issues and would not let me log-in to my admin panel. they had to change me over to a default wordpress theme to get me back into my account this is the first time i ever had a issue with a theme this needs to be addressed ASAP.

Please when using a header slider on home page and set it to slide one item at a time, the slider thumbnail covers the whole screen on mobile. I will like to reduce the high of the slider on mobile please guide me how to. It’s normal on desktop. I’m using default theme.

we are using default wordpress uploader , we can not modify it , if you like to rotate image you can make it in wpadmin>media > edit image,
Members cant go to adminpages, and this is social page?? I dont puy anymore this licenses if you dont fix that problem. If I add vertical images for my phone they show up in horizional and thats not working well, so vertical images not working anyday, they have to be horizional allways to working??
we checked and it’s working fine with vertical images, it can be problem with the images you try to upload , try to upload these photos to another platform, here the screenshots which is working upload correctly

The content field is all good now, turning RTL on and off was causing the issue.
I found another issue though, the theme causes redirection to the homepage, I can’t access the admin panel, it instantly re-directs me to the front-page. I tried to disable the theme and the redirection went back to normal. Is there some way to fix this? Apparently it’s a redirect 302.

Which homepage do I have to choose so that the sections and the design looks same as the model template?
No need to select any page we show recent posts on homepage
It’s not the same in my case. The top highlight section (With this publications: “One More Beer!” / “A rather lovely thing” / Facebook video – Angry Birds / ...) isn’t visible and neither the category bar (Hot, Trend, Users, categories, NSFW, reactions, badges, etc.).

Cell search box problem.
When accessing the site in the mobile phone, it is not possible to use the search box, clicking on the magnifying glass it already does the search, it does not give time to type.
This is also happening in the demonstration of the theme.
Need to improve private messaging. The new messages are not in order, they are all confusing, I have to guess who answered the message.

I tried social login via Google+ I logged in but the email registered is coming as 07c41e8209ff470823bef4a77372709e@example.com Even if user ID is registered , it creates a new ID ignoring the existing email. Also in one of your old comments a year ago, you had said social login will be available in login modal/page but it is still available only in registration page
if can not fetch the email giving random email they can change it after logged in user settings,
we already made it a year ago , you can enable it in
wpadmin>king>settings>registration> Enable Social Logins in Modal
i have existing users on my website who used to login using other plugins. With your social login , it creates a new account. If new user registers and has to change the email, then this social login is useless.
Also the new user is not taking default role of subscriber. its taking author role

after checking with phpmyadmin, i have concluded the problem is with existing users only. new users fetch email properly. It seems if the email is existing then a new @example.com email is created therefore it is not possible to migrate from existing social plugin to king social plugin. Is there a way out?
subscribers can not create posts in wp , that’s why we changed users role , also subscribers can not upload images,
it’s possible but we can not help for custom modifications, need modification for it
Hi Author, I acknowledged and appreciate your latest update v3 new features which are quite interesting but no signs of the much needed 1) Push notifications / web notifications which are triggered when certain user activities takes place, e.g. upload profile photo, change profile photo, a guest/user visited my profile, comment on my post, reply to my comment, etc. 2) Email Verification. Currently, this is not helping with combating spam.
Any idea if you plan to develop / integrate these features any time soon?

We will work on notification, themeforest not allowing to send email feature for themes , we will find a way to make it , you can use allowed emails to stop spams
I don’t think Allowed Emails feature is a solution for Email Verification. By specifying some popular email clients such as hotmail yahoo gmail, how about people using their custom domains such as @tesco.com Even by using allowed emails, spammers can readily create tons of fake emails which they will never bother to check or use for legitimate stuffs.

currently we using another theme. I liked this theme as described here and liked the frontend also. I am interested in buying, but i need to be sure with the backend also. is there any demo for backend. or is it possible to buy it but if its not perfect for me, i can get refund?

There is no way to know how the theme will work unless i see a backend demo and the frontend looks too good to be true. I am still not sure if all these features listed are within the theme and not via different plugins. I would really appreciate if you could make available backend demo just for few minutes.
