This theme is so porous, beeing attack by malware, I have been working endlessness restoring my back up because of this. please i you do something about this it really so bad. many are complaining about the some thin and all you is ask for a support ticket. Please solve this problem once and all. My support has expired and cannot pay for support again because i do not trust the theme. if problem not solve am going to dump it.
Hi there, there is no malware issue, vulnerable plugin has been removed in previous updates, please update theme if you are still using old version with totaldonation plugin

How do I remove the block and text that says “The form does not have Goals enabled.” I do not want to set any goals because these funds will continue to raise money over a long period of time.
please contact support channel, just remove form id from causes barcode field to remove give plugins data from any cause, if you only want to remove that warning, just hide with custom css.

How do I remove the block and text that says “The form does not have Goals enabled.” from my causes? I don’t want to set any goals because these are ongoing funds with donors over a long period of time. Thanks!
I am trying to get the new donation form to work but I only receive a “404 page not found” error when I click on the “donate now” button.
When I paste in the form id into the “cause bar code” area it automatically gets erased out once I update the cause. And of course then gives me the 404 error.
How do I fix this…I need to get this updated ASAP!!

I tested the “Give” form and everything is working properly. I just need to know how to properly connect the form to the “donate now” button.

Will the donation still state which “cause” the donor wants to donate to? My company is using this with over 300 causes and when someone makes a donation we need to know which fund they are donating to. Or do I need to make a different donations form for each cause to make it work correctly?
Yes by using seperate donation form for each cause, create new form for each cause and copy and past form id in causees barcode field

You cannot import forms from “total donations plugin” to the “Give plugin”. 1- Create new form in donations 2- Go-to: “Donation Options” > check “Set Donation” and put price 3- Go-to: “Donation Goals” > Enable it if you want. 4- Publish it. 5- Copy form ID. 6- Go-to: Causes > create new or edit any. 7- Paste the ID in “causes bar code” and update or publish. All Done…!

Could you remove Google Plus sharer in theme? Google shut it down in 2018.

Hi is there any written instruction on how to replace total donation plugin to give plugin for existing sites. also how to migrate donation details ? my client using stripe for their payment and i can see that stripe is a paid addon for give plugin. so they need to purchase theme separately again for their existing stripe payment gate way?
we will release detailed instructions in couple of days, there is no alternative for payment gateways, you have to purchase additional addon for give plugin.
I just want to say that I TOO have a client using this very theme and I thought it was only us. We are experiencing MAJOR malware issues with the theme redirecting to various sites. We fix it and within HOURS it’s reinfected as well. We paid a LOT of money thus far to have this corrected and now I’m looking at the comments and seeing that others are having this very same issue. I even went so far as to choose a different host b/c the malware is attacking the URL itself. I have never experienced this before and now I’m assuming that it has to do with the theme. I also have opened up tickets in the past with your team and had an additional admin user account that I provided to them when helping with support. I found (after finally being able to access the site again) that there were 22 additional admins added to the account!!!!!!! I don’t know if you had someone leave your team and they accessed our account or what (my fault for not deleting or changing the password) but this is a HUGE issue. Thank you to everyone who posted this issue I will now be going with a different theme!
My advice to anyone looking to buy this theme… DONT at least until the issues are resolved.
hi there, sorry to say but there is no malware in our theme, we have already deprecated old contact form and further more we are removing totaldonation plugin by replacing with other one, update may available in couple of days.
total donation has been replaced with give donation plugin.

there was no spam in theme rather a thirparty plugin was vulnerable we have replace that total donation plugin with secure one (Give donation plugin0 you can download new version, we are still working on demo sites to update to latest version and re-generating demo data
You means i just need to uninstall the “total donation plugin” and install the “give donation plugin” , then my site will go on . i don’t need to buy and install the theme again ?

so everyone is complaining about this issue, what are you doing to prevent it from even happening at all rather than you asking customers to send you a ticket for resolution? because some of us, our hosts dont tolerate this kind of thing, which means, we cannot have the hacked site online while you respond to a ticket about it
