Hi!
I’ve tried to update the bazaar theme on my site, but every time I do it, the site crashes.
I’ve tried with your instructions using the ftp and uploading the bazaar file to wp-content/theme/bazaar and also using the envato plugin but I always end up restoring the site with a backup
I really don’t know what else to do as some customers telle me that they have problems login in their accounts or creating new ones. My wordpress is updated and also woocommerce to their last versions.
This is the ino shown at the crashed site:

We are currently in update process of all our themes since we had move some of the theme functionality (widgets, shortcodes etc) to the core plugin according to new wordpress coding standards. It’s possible that you didn’t update this plugin so I suggest to follow this steps in order to update your theme successfully.
1) Navigate to wp-content/plugins folder and delete current core plugin
2) Download latest theme files and overwrite your wp-content/themes/bazaar folder in order to update your theme
3) Install latest core plugin from the Appearance > Install plugins page.

However, I did everything but when it comes the time to install the core plugin, I cannot find the Select core plugin on the wordpress search… I’ve looked for it by author, keyword, tag. How should I proceed?
I had to come back to restore from a previous backup again as the site was down!

Select Core plugin is included in the theme, just follow the steps provided above and after you finish theme update go to Appearance > Install plugins like shown in the screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/ensMcF1D6f
You can install Select Core plugin from there.

Revolution slider is not working after the recent update. Also website is crashing every now and then. Please fix it

I just tested this in my local installation and revolution slider is working correctly with the latest theme version.
New version contain updates of the core plugin and also newest version of the bundled plugins so it’s possible that your site crashes because of the low server resources. Please update your hosting plan to the one suitable for the wordpress installation also you can try to disable revolutions slider plugin and if that helps you will know for sure that you lack server resources.

i am interested in using the Bazaar Theme for a Shop-Project and wanted to know if it the theme can be customized for the following needs:
1) Home: only consisting out of images-tiles in an masonary grid (full-width without a margin between the pictures as seen in the “Masonry Wide Shop Sample”. Some of the pictures should be hoverable (with text and a button linking to another page of the website). All of the pictures should have different dimensions, and should not be fitted into predefined sizes (Large tile, Medium tile, Small tile etc.)
2) can google fonts be used for headings and texts?
3) Is it possible to add an animation when a visitor opens the webiste, so a text is appearing over the first image (classic text over slider-element, but the slider only has 1 picture to show)

1) Solution would be to use portfolio list shortcode for that purpose, just set image size to original https://www.screencast.com/t/Eaw4AwrZgXFE and images will display in the uploaded size. Also all of the items will be linked to corresponding portfolio single page, so you can add any additional information there
2) Yes you can use google fonts for any section of the site.
3) Yes this is possible.First section that you can see on our demo http://bazaar.select-themes.com is built with the slider revolution plugin, most popular slider plugin for the wordpress based websites and you can achieve similar section with just one slide and and title text over.

Hello. There was a recent update to WooCommerce. Do you have plans to update the theme as well? I am getting the below notice when I access the Dashboard and do not know what I should do:
Your theme (Bazaar) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

I presented clients your theme and while they like it – not having a formal Review Order page before final order submission – is a concern for them. Most reputable shopping sites have it.
