Hi, can you help me please i want to know how to set up a Collection on main page for example MEN and one WOMAN, after clicking i want under this specifiy collection for example by MEN – Men T-Shirt, Men Hoodie etc. and by WOMAN also. but i only can select “all collection” or single one wich when i click directly only come to one collection

Hi, I have since resolved this problem but now have a different one… the menu drop down (with the 3 horizontal lines) on the mobile site… how can I change the colour of this?
Ok, but my background colours are different on my headers and therefore I need to separately change these colours.

I have got some questions: 1) Is there a translated Brazilian Portuguese version ? 2) Is there a Real Brazilian currency option to setup ? 3) Is it SEO optmized ? If so, Is it easy to update SEO options ? 4) Is it recommended for a small e-commerce ? ( of course the plan is to grow, but as we are just launching our first version of e-commerce, I am wondering if this is too much for now ) . 5) Is there other variations theme setup or is this a single look and feel appearance ? 6) How does it work the support ? For example, In case I am in trouble to setup the theme ? Or in case I need some customization ? 7) Do we have access for the psd files ? How can I customize some art if necessary ? 1)Yes you can translate to those language in the language editor tool But there will not be an option to switch between to language at a time in frontpage.
2)You can add currency as per video and do require configuration. https://youtu.be/V8uaCS0e8C4 But this currency swticher will not fetch the contry based currency automatically while the customer from different country. They need to pick it from dropdown box.3)Yes, we have done whatever things doable from theme files, and other meta details can me configured on admin end.
4)Yes its recommended for small store , even single product selling site also.
5)It has single preset only, you can alter the color combination, image, Text and product listing page layout style

Hi, About your response number 2 : let me make sure I understand; Our store is based on Brazil , and our audience is also here in Brazil. Do you mean that by default the customers will have to swtich the Brazilian currency , instead of seeing it already set when it loads the front page ? If So, as a work around , what if I just leave the Brazilian Real Currency as currency option ( we only have customers in Brazil by now) ... Would it work ? Thank you .

I uploaded the Triss zip to my Shopify store and I’m able to customize it. But what about the other files that’s in the folders. I’m confused. There’s so many things. Please help.

It seems you are trying to install the core file that you downloaded from themeforest, You need to unpack it and install the zip file.

I’ve emailed a couple of times with no response. The background banners on my home page are not showing up correctly. One picture is not even the picture uploaded and it looks over sized for the area. This is on mobile and tablet view. Please help. Launching the site and can’t because of this error.

The pictures are corrected but they don’t move as they did before. You can’t even see the girls faces like you used to.

Why don’t the words on the home page slider show on mobile? Why are the home page banners not visable on mobile? They look zoomed in or blown up too big on mobile.

Actually, in mobile view, that slider image height would be too small. Slider content can’t bring within the small height image. So we hid on the mobile view.
