Hello, since the last update the menu disappears again and again. I have to save the menu in the backend for example, that it appears again. We really have a lot of problems with the theme. Something does not work after every update. What is it? Error in the update?

Latest update killed our homepage – simply says “site is having technical difficulties”. Removed widgets. Same thing. Rolling back. This seems to be very sloppy work IMO.

Hi, Since the last update I’ve noticed that the translation is not working for the new features. I’m referring specially to the new checkbox of the newsletter’s privacy policy. Good afternoon team fuel issues I have been asking for more than 17 days to help me with the Instagram problem and that I have been able to access a support ticket because at the moment I can not renew it.

The problems is that when I put the instagram my main page disappears (I already put my user name, delete the widget and put again even delete and upload the template again)

thank you for finally adding the whatsapp share button. However using computer it is NOT working ( the button appears on computer version of the theme). But that’s ok cause even if whatsappweb exists I get it was not meant for it.

On an Iphone and on a Samsung android fone too … the share button does not work. ON IOS opens a blanck TAB but never launches the app.

Is there any configuration required ? If yes Could let me know which one ?

I have The Voux 6.3.1.1 installed. I also have the Voux-Required plugin installed (version 1.0.4.2). I meet all import requirements. When I import the “Foodies” template, most of it does not appear on “Home-Style1”. Do I have to have a paid version of WPBakery? Please help with this issue.

I have now updated the Voux to Version: 6.3.1.1 However the required Voux plugin 1.1.1 will not update and remains at 1.0.4.2

I know plugins can cause problems but this is YOUR OWN plugin and we still do not have a fully functioning theme.

It seems the theme’s creator has, like Elvis, left the building….

This really sucks. And forgive me for saying it this way. I have been asking for help for more than a week. It tells me to update the widgets, I do it and I still have the same problem. Do not see the home page when I activate the instagram widget. I even sent them an example of the theme and my page and they did not make me fucking. And so they want you to come back and pay for a support that really does not help anyone at all. But I noticed that after installing the theme plugins, the-voux plugin doesn’t update from version 1.0.4 to 1.0.4.1.

Also, the demo import doesn’t import even though the activity circle keeps on rolling without stopping.

The download (since yesterday) is still the 6.3.1 version

This latest update is so unstable my images are all over the place and now i have a dropcap i can’t turn off! no matter if the option says off!

I am having an issue with updating the plugin named “the voux – required plugin”. it shows that there is an update available, I click update, it goes through the steps of installing, activating etc. and then when I go back to the panel, it is still showing as the previous version 1.0.4 and that there is an update available. I’ve been repeating this is a loop and the update won’t install. How do I resolve this?

​Hello, I imported the demo, “Food Demo, Foodies”. I had no problems, its uploaded fine, but the “Home – Style 1” page that it created​ is missing most of the template. Is this a known issue? Thank you.
