Are you going to update this theme?

The theme is supported and we will continue to update it, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out. Current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and with PHP 8.0.
Bundled plugins do get updated with the theme, however, in case you need immediate update of any bundled plugin you can contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

Guys, PHP 8.0 reached End of Life on November 26, 2023. Besides, this theme isn’t even fully compatible with PHP 8.0, it broke when I tried. The least you can do is update the theme to PHP 8.2 or stop selling it.

Unfortunately it’s not possible to select multiple categories. You can try creating one parent category and multiple sub-categories and then in the shortcode enter the slug of parent category. This way all of the posts of sub-categories will be shown.

That’s great thank you, once last thing, i’ve noticed a tiny bug, with your blog element you can set the image size to square, however when you click on a post category/archive it goes back to original aspect ratio not square, it would be great if in the theme settings you could also set archive view of posts to be square same as the blog element.

This is not a bug. Such an option, unfortunately, does not exist within the theme. When it comes to archive pages we recommend checking this article – What Are Archive-Category-Taxonomy Pages. All of the options for blog archive pages can be found in Arrosa Options > Blog.

I want to use a product showcase homepage. However, I will only present the products, without prices or shopping cart. Is it possible to hide the prices and replace the ADD TO CART button for CONTACT, in the presentation products?

Shop functionality is achieved with the WooCommerce plugin, and catalog mode isn’t available as a standard option. For it, you will need WooCommerce extension.
Also, you could consider using some CSS code if you want just to hide prices on products and add to cart button.

1 – there are several options for the homepage in the template. Is it possible to use an element from one of these pages on another?
2 – Is it possible to remove the shopping cart at the top of the site?
3 – Is it possible to include whatsapp logo with call link?

1. Yes, different sections and elements form multiple homepages can be combined. Once you import our demo content you will get all the pages and settings which you can adjust to your needs.
2. Yes, you can remove it by removing cart widget from header widget area (please see screenshot).
3. This can be added with “Icon List Item” as shown in screenshot

Hell, I did all that but it is imposible to instal theme on diferent doman for demo desing…. I got errot both on upload theme via Wordpress theme, and via FTP. So I can’t have sam theme on 2 different domains?

Is there an easy way to increase the size of the logo after increasing the header height?

To increase logo height, navigate to Select Options > Header > choose header type to edit and set Logo Height in the field here https://prnt.sc/qtz5su.
Note that the maximum logo height is determined by the header height option in Select Options > Header. As for the logo image itself, because of retina displays, image dimensions are being divided by 2. So if you upload a logo that is 100×100, the actual dimensions on desktop will be 50×50. In case you want a logo that is 100×100, you need to upload an image that is 200×200, and set the header height to 100.

Quick question. There is a full page menu that pops up when clicking the side area on the home page.. http://50.62.35.162/~talentventuresll For the life of me I cannot get the same effect on the inner pages. Any advice?

In Arrosa Options > Header you can choose the menu layout that you want which will be applied on all of your pages. Do note that you have the same options on your Pages settings as well, and if they are set the Global options will be overwritten. So check your Pages settings as well to see if possible some other menu layout is chosen over there.

it seems like arrosa_content_01.xml arrosa_content_02.xml etc are missing from the theme directory.. that the import function is trying to pull. is this normal?
I have already followed your step by step guide. Like I said, your xml server is down. so my installation cannot fetch the demo xml files. you should have included the files in the theme package to begin with, this fetching system is really dumb. at least test your themes before selling them.
And please connect me to someone who actually knows how your system works, you seem to know nothing about it and just sent me a generic reply telling me to read the docs.
