While attempting to install the required plugins for the theme I purchased, I encountered repeated failures due to a cURL error 52: Empty reply from server. The affected plugins are: - Envato Market - Revolution Slider - WPBakery Page Builder Each plugin failed to download from the provided URLs (cariera.co), and the installation process could not be completed. This issue is preventing me from fully activating and using the theme as intended. Please advise on how to resolve this or provide alternative installation files. If the issue persists, I may need to reconsider the theme and request a refund.

Hello, Is there any option to disable the loading circle. Issue is half of the pages loads pretty random and they need to be refresh few times. The same I have noticed happens on your demo that some pages needs to refresh. Not sure if this is related from the console “wp-content/themes/cocoon/assets/vendor/bootstrap/bootstrap.min.css.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE” Any help will be appreciated Thanks

I have already answered your question on the email you sent me. The the works fine with the latest version WooCommerce, there are 3 template files that are out-dated and this will be fixed soon in the next update but there is nothing groundbreaking you can update the the plugins.

Ok thanks for the reply, can you give a date for when the update will be released. Soon is a bit vague. It’s the same thing that happened last time when I had to pay you for extra assistance outside support. New WooCommerce update messes up the theme. So now haven’t been updating plugins because it messes up the whole site.

There is no ETA for the new update but as I told you the latest update of WooCommerce works just fine, there are only 3 out-dated templates but nothing breaks the theme. It must be one of your plugins that messes up your website.

Cocoon was part of the Top Trends of 2019 Sale which was a -40% discount for a number of items selected by Envato. The discount was for online for 1 week and now it’s back to the original price $59.
With that being said, I am sorry that you didn’t manage to buy the theme in time, but I am l willing to lower the price to $35 if you are still interested to buy it and revert it back after you do so.

So far the theme is amazing but there is a problem on the store, if you have a long title vs a small one the products the alignment of the images looks weird (please check this link https://cl.ly/7ed84e420932)
Looking at other stores I have a sample of what we need (check this link https://cl.ly/b301c51c0fe2) no matter if there are different length titles the column of the images are aligned)
Can you point us how to fix this?

Hope you are doing well. 
The product page pulls all the products and places them in a masonry grid and if products don’t have the same height the will get tiled up like this. The theme is built that way on purpose but this can easily be changed via css.
Please send me a link to your website so that I can have a look at it. Once I have done so I will get back to you and provide you with the right css code and instructions of how to add the code to fix your issue.
With that being said, I would also kindly ask you to renew your support. As a solo developer, this would help me to maintain the theme and improve my service.

First make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and have the child theme installed and activated. Then go to “WP Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Header Options -> Header Options” and enable the “static header” option and this will do the trick.

Are you using the latest version of the theme?
Yes, everything is updated. Version 1.2.0 . I believe that all started when I changed the product thumbnail from square to as is. Can’t be 100% sure though.
The latest version of the theme is version 1.2.3. Your issue must have happened after updating WooCommerce. Make sure to update your parent theme to the latest version, this will fix the issue.

There is no automatic update available. Redownloaded and reuploaded the theme from envato, still 1.2.0 and broken product page.

Hi,
There is a strange issue were the prices on the homepage, using the VC Product Carousel, are showing without VAT but when you go to one of this single products the price is showing including VAT. In my Wooocommerce settings if have set the prices to show including VAT on the frontend.
Not sure if this is a theme thing, woocommerce thing or Visual composer thing.
Any thoughts?

I just tried this out on my local installation and it seems that it works out fine on my end. Please make sure to disable any third party plugin that haven’t been shipped with the theme. This could be an issue created by an other plugin.

You can disable the page headers by going to “WP Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> General Options -> Page Header Options -> Page Header” and turn the switch off in order to disable the page header.

Nothing has changed. The header was white and still is white. Go to “WP Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Header Options -> Header Options” and turn the “Static Header” ON. This will take care of your issue.
