Hello Halothemes Team, great presentation, one of the best i have seen,,,, I have a question… can this theme be installed in a regular server like Siteground or it has to be installed in the Shopify platform server, meaning in their portal. Im looking for a WordPress shopify theme that i can install on my server and then connect it to the API of shopify. Thank you and have a great day!

It would be a great idea if you guys could build a WordPress shopify theme that can fully sync, Back and foward with oberlo n shopify, I would pay even $200 per copy for it lol. Please let me know if u ever consider building one…I like your theme and ill purchase it in a couple of days, i do have one more question, can i display a category in a page and then display a subcategory in the same page? For example- i would like to display camping equipment, then as a subcategory in the same page display camping shoes, then as a second subcategory display camping backpack. Hello! I really liked this theme. I am new to Shopify and not professional! I already have a shop on Shopify on a standard theme. I have a few questions: 1). Can I reinstall the theme (from standard to yours) while the store is running? 2). Can I customize the color scheme at will? 3). Is there a function of different currencies (CAD, US$, EURO) and how does it work? How does the setting go from one currency to another? 4). Is there a function of similar products? 5). How about SEO optimization? 6). How about site loading speed? Thank you!

1. Is it possible to show the “Add to cart” in the product collection page fixed (down the productname) instead of hiding / showing?

Thank you for your waiting but please understand that we already mentioned in our support policy that we are in different time zone (GMT+7) and our working hours are from 08:30 AM to 6:00 PM. And also, Bicycle theme is not multiple theme layouts so if you want to have Ella layouts for Bicycle, it will be custom work

is there an app to auto update the theme without losing our custom designs every time and having to keep contacting support to do them every update?

If you are using Ella 3.0.0, you only can update theme without losing theme settings, customization works won’t be updated if you already customized our theme in code.

How can I update from v 2.08 to v 3? I’ve tried the stuff in the documentation, but it doesn’t work. Frustrating.

The instruction we guide in our user guide for update theme without losing settings are only for ella version 3.0.0

If you are using ella version 2.0, you cannot use this instruction. These 2 versions are different totally for theme source

Hi, Great looking theme. I wanted to know whether it is possible to have ‘Quantity selectors’ and ‘Add to Cart’ buttons on the collection pages, So the customer is able to add directly from collection pages instead of viewing the ‘product page’?

There is a bug in your theme the autoplay speed of the HOME-SLIDESHOW is not working doesn’t matter if you choose 5 or 10 seconds still the same speed. Don’t tell me to email you just look into it and fix it post the solution here.

How can I update just the slider? I don’t want to update the whole theme.

Can you tell me what did you change and where so I can just change that in my theme?

We changed in js file of whole theme so we cannot guide you where, please follow our instruction in User guide online to update theme without losing your settings.

Thank you for your reply. I know the taxpayer is not an issue with your theme. In our old theme it was hardcoded by the theme owers in the cart page. I believe a Shopify Guru asked for your help to fix this. Taxpayer number is mandatory in our country that is why we are persisting asking for help. Without it we can’t work our online store. This template does not seem to support the Spreadr app (that connects with Amazon) – when you have a product currently working with Amazon and you select it, it should take you to the Amazon link, not add it to your cart. Example: https://www.americanmarauder.com/collections/available-on-amazon/products/american-marauder-henry-every-jolly-roger-shirt

Our Ella theme built with Shopify Template Standard. It works fine with almost Shopify apps. App features are external content from theme. We can not touch it to change for you. If you have any questions or questions about app errors, please contact app provider. They will control their product better than us. Hope this helps!

I got the same error – and just sent an email thru themeforest, can you guys confirm if received the email? When I go to admin panel, and try to customize the theme there’s a huge ‘X’ on the editor. And this error;

Invalid CSS after ”...rst{color:#fff;”: expected “}”, was ”!important;line…” at 727.

Hi – yes I am. Along with that, the cart is not being updated when a user adds something to cart, and on desktop the cart is disappearing when you try to hover on it.
