Dear client, i i can see you purchased it, it is valid, but marketplace performance and functionality is out of theme author control, just like if you can’t download the app from appstore what can do app author. The only solution for now is: please write again to themeforest support and ask, if you can get the theme directly from theme author, when you made the valid purchase (i can see you did it). If the answer is yes: write back and i will send you the copy of the theme

Revolution slider comes with developer licence – hence no activation is needed, you are free to use it. Updates will be provided with theme update (coming soon)

Hi what size should a mobile logo be? Mine seems to be too big and effecting the menu head on a mobile device but when I reduce the size of the logo the quality reduces considerably.
I recommend to limit by 50-60 in height and 200-250 in width

Hi, I bought this theme and import the demo to my website. But the Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias slider-1 not found. I checked that plugin and it asks me a purchase code. After I entered the right purchase code, then it said the code was wrong! Please help me. Thank you!
Hello, dear client, no licence activation is needed, sliders you need to import separately not to overload your server during the main import process. Slider files are located inside the demos folder of your download pack. Using Revolution slider import tool import all the slider zip files

Okay. In the demo site, for Home one page, there is a section called“ how it works” . How to change the default icons to my own icons? Where do I upload the icons to？
Click on each “process” element edit screen and put the icon name. Theme supports Fontaweseme icons: https://fontawesome.com/icons?d=gallery&m=free

If you want custom icon set – we can upload your iconset and you can use your own icons with any icon based element

When importing custom elements like contact form 7 the ID of form changes, just revisit the page with contact form and re-select it from the list
Hello, for some reason the footers do not work when on a desktop. The links/contact forms/etc. cannot be selected or clicked on.
However, on mobile, they do seem to work.

I have added vertical tabs and inside each tab added clients logo grid. First tab is displaying properly with the content. But the second tab only shows one client logo with broken layout. How to fix this?
