Thanks for the useful help… I didn’t think, that you have to test every plugin, but your theme kills the visual editor of Wordpress, and makes it unusable… Works all of your themes with the cws builder like this?
Well, actually it doesn’t kill the WordPress editor, you have the option to select which editor to use. Nope, not all our themes use CWS Builder, most part of theme use WPBackery Page Builder.

Please help ! some “tabs” issues. I try to add 3 tabs and type in some bullet list in each tab like that [cws_sc_carousel autoplay=’1’ autoplay_speed=’2000’ columns=’4’] - bullet 1 - bullet 2 - bullet 3 - bullet 4 [/cws_sc_carousel]
it become that first tabs is great, it can display 4 columns, but another tabs were display single columns only.

Kiddy theme is Great for kindergarten. I have a question in posting a gallery post. I have 10 images that 8 landscape and 2 portrait images in gallery post, but album icon is portrait with half white and half landscape image preview. Can I use “Feature image” to replace the album icon?

but in iphone safari will same with Mac safari. some gallery post with mixed orientation will display white in lower half of album box

Yes you can. It depends on the size of the images you’re using in that gallery. Make sure you have the same images size.

Hi guys, look I got this theme from envato elements and I’m aware that we don’t get support since we didn’t pay the full price. But I have a problem that concerns to your theme and as I can see a bunch of people that have purchased have the same problem as me and (as I read through it) many didn’t get a straight answer.
1.- Please this is the problem: CWS Pagebuilder or Editor has an huge error that consist of: almost any change that you make (image replacement, change text, anything), once you try to save it, it eliminates all the page content! literally. So at the end you end up with and empty page and no way to recuperate it. I had to install a duplicator of pages plugin so I can back up the page before I do any change.
Note: I have the clasic editor installed. Everything was working fine during editing and once, unexpectedly it just decided to start failing.
At the end I had to disable the CWS editor and edit every single page in the Text or HTML code, that is a huge waste of time and resources.
2.- When I finished editing (as much as I could because I’m not a programmer or techy guy) all pages and publish the site, unexpectedly two weeks after publishing, this error appeared https://res.cloudinary.com/drb-academy/image/upload/v1554655154/Miscelaneous/error_kiddy_theme.png and the client was not happy at all.
Please I need help on this issues.
Please if you upload this to envato elements I would make sure that the product is working fine and provide a document with possible and common error handling as a courtesy (because despite of not paying for this theme in particular, we are paying $30 dollars monthly and I imagine you get some kind of money for it every time someone downloads it, if not you would not put it in there). Please I have never had this type of issues with any other theme providers, whether it is or not paid in envato market.

There are many bugs in this theme.
CWS builder editor is not working. After modifying the content and update the entire content disappear.
There is no support whatsoever. I contact them twice No response.
You are better off to buy another theme with REAL support.

Hallo, i downloaded this theme on Envato Elements.
It looks to be cool, i build a website on it, and now i have problem soon with the second plugin, where i have to wait weeks to change it because of Tinymce issue… A workaround is to disable the theme to setup in the backend, setup the plugin, and enable the theme again…

There is an issue to load text fields – to write emails, edit email notifications, etc.
It is sometimes possible to disable the visual editor on the account, but in this case i can use only the text editor, to write a html email.

There are issues in the backend. There are a much of plugins that are not working with your theme. For example Bookly, Wperp, Email Tracker.
Is this issue unknown for you?
