‘Import demo data’ does not work in Wordpress 5.2.2, importing, waiting … and never ending. I had to update Wordpress because WPBakery Page Builder stopped working in version 4.7.x, it did not update the modifications on the pages. Are these problems going to be solved with an update of the theme or WPBakery Page Builder?

It would be handy if you would also comment solutions here instead of mentioning shthemewp@gmail.com for support. A simple thing like changing the home-alt background should not need to be addressed via a ticket and can be solved in a simple reply. It is better for your workload and for the customer

HI!!... Sorry for the conversation here, but it is necessary to show all the problems that this theme has and the terrible support.
The link brings only the XML part of the demo version, it shows all deformed the site given missing demo content. THE AUTOMATIC OPTION DOES NOT WORK (THREE STEPS), we pass to manual and they only provide XML to me (with more than 8 errors).
I have pending: Choose WIE or JSON file for widget import:

And I’m still losing days (the only answers they give are still here, I have not received files or anything, they have had my accesses for 9 days and nothing)

I have check regarding for code only on the theme, yes first time release this file using shortcode, and now we already update the file with WpBakery, we keep all current file page shortcode, and we update file using WpBakery on page home2, home alt2, and about2, also we will add more design and feature on WpBakery
