Hi, when i download “all files and documentation” only download wordpress files, no template folder, no plugins folder. I need to download again with the new update. maybe link its wrong?

I dont see option to catalog mode, Itried to see in documentation but i dont find anything about that.

Hi, Where can i find the Familab Core changelog?

I sent a supoort ticket. I can’t update Familab Core (required plugin). The auto update not working (only with Eveleand….) and the download pack have an old version.

The theme Eveland is very beautiful and much better than the Urus theme. I completely regretted buying Urus because I did not like the design so much. I am disappointed with the Urus theme because now that I saw this theme, I was enchanted with it.

Thank you for interesting in our another theme Eveland. I dont really understand why you did not purchase the Eveland theme instead, you bought Urus and drop a bad rated on it because you chose a wrong decision is not really nice.

Hello, I’m considering buying your theme! It looks very nice. But I have some questions about the mobile version.

1) the images seems a little blurry and broken on mobile (especially the main banner image withe the lady in yellow sweatshirt). Would this be okay in the paid version? 2) On the product page, is there an option to show the product description & review in one page so that the user doesn’t have to manually click on the tabs? 3) The filter doesn’t look nice on mobile (it’s skewed to the left and is cut on the bottom), is there any other display options? Also it doesn’t show any tags, whereas the desktop version does. Would this work correctly in the paid version?

Thank you for interesting in our theme!

Here is my answers for your questions:

1. We actually did that in purpose, we want to show the difference in mobile devices and desktop version. In our theme, you can easily choose to build your site in mobile version separately or just simply using the responsive desktop version. Allowing to build mobile homepage aside from desktop version will improve the user experience dramatically.

2. Your question is also requested by some of our current customers. Right now we don’t have an option to change that layout but we did helped to customizing on request from our customers.

3. Currently we only provided one filter layout on mobile. However, this can be easily done by choosing the mobile filter separately on mobile devices. The bottom cut you saw is actually scroll-able, we don’t have enough space to show all of the filters at once so I guess build a mobile filter aside from desktop version could be a good idea. Regarding to the tags filter, there might be some miss-config in our demo page only, the actual downloadable theme is totally fine. Thank you for correcting us.

Hi familab, All page loading run this query. Why? “https://api.familab.net/plugins/eveland cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds + Eveland_Plugins::getPluginsVersion()” Please use daily, one time cron. I see now your support site (and i think same server) not working now. And now, my all admin pages loading time is more than 10 second, because you use that wrong method.

Hi. Just bought your theme and I need to know why when I import the demo and install Elementor everything looks broken.
