Hi, I have issues in the process to select a package, I already configured woocomerce and I already read documentacion and saw the configuration video. When I do clic in select a package button nothing is happening, the website is redirecting to home page, it is suppose that when I select a premium package the I have to be redirected to the cart and ofter that to the checkout process and payment process, all this payment process is not working for me. Please help

We have the resume and employer package. You you are login with employer account, you can’t select the resume package. You also need to check the quick setup config to correct all the setting.

Does Job Alert work for non-registered user? This function seems not work for non-registered users.

With the non-registered user, you need to input the email on the alert popup form. It will send the alert to this email as the member.
With the current version, we don’t have the layout to manage the alert registered. We will integrate that view to our theme on next time.

Hi the them looks great, I have a few pre purchase questions.
(1) Does this theme have the ability to publish job posts to external websites such as Indeed, Monster and LinkedIn through API ?
(2) Is it possible for their to be button on the job submission form which clients can click to push the job post to websites such as Indeed, Monster and LinkedIn.

Pre Sales Question:
I can see that there are just two types of users – employers and candidates. The project I intend to do needs an extra user – Interns. Similar to Candidate only that they can choose duration (from Date B to Date
of their internship and an extra upload field to upload their Internship letter. Thus under the Search Resume, employers can choose between candidates or Interns, if interns is chosen, they have an extra option to search based on duration of internship.
Can these extras be achieved?

1. With the job alert, when you create a job alert, it will send the email to notice about the new job fit with your query at that time. Example with daily frequency, it will send one email per day if have a new job submit fit with your query.
2. To check the subscribed for a job alert, you need to use the 3rd plugin as WP crontrol plugin.
3. You can add more field to job alert form. It as the advanced search form.

Today I’m here pursuing your help to troubleshooting the 2 issues I’m facing currently.
1. The arrow button in the bottom of the “Recent Jobs” area has been missing all of a sudden after around the last theme update installed on my site.

2. I have an account to use to update job posts. It’s made more than 2,000 job posts through the account and a couple days ago, I found it unable to post any contents (job posting) using the account with the error message appearing.

Wish to bring to your kind attention the following.
1. i get this after the latest update of wordpress
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.
2. I have contacted you through mail a month back and has informed that candidate was not able to update or enter location for which you have informed that this would be addressed in the next update.
Thought if you are updating the theme these things can be addressed.

I believe overall your theme is better, but jobcareer’s candidate profiles look better.
