How do you change the “Resumes” page to “Candidate Profiles”?

Do you want to change the resumes slug page to candidate profile? If yes, please go to JobMonster/ Settings/ Resume and change the resume archive base slug as you want. After change the slug, you need to save the permalink again.

To change the menu item, you can use the translate plugin to change that. But if you want to change the slug of member menu item, example manage-job, manage-application, you need to change the source code.

If your custom code in the parent theme, it will be lost when you updating the theme. Please move the custom to the child theme or backup the custom code to then you can copy the custom to the theme after the update.

When cloning jobs, the URL will be equal to the cloned job. As the employer can’t change the URL, this is very problematic.

I believe overall your theme is better, but jobcareer’s candidate profiles look better. If I went with your theme is there a way for me to have the jobcareer candidate profiles layout and leave the rest as the standard jobmonster site? I already have a jobcareer license if that helps.

Pre Sales Question: We bought the nokri Jobboard and were not able to translage the headings and fixed stuff such as “category” or “job posted on” or “deadline” and so on. We only need the job content in german so we don’t need a translation tool as i understood.
Are the headings and all that prefixed stuff already translated or is there an easy way to translate it? We don’t want to do it somewhere on a database file via FTP.

I fixed the previous Bug by re-installing (again & again) JobMonster Theme from scratch …
Now, New registration for candidate and employer works well in Chrome and Internet Explorer web browser.
However, it doesn’t work in Firefox Mozilla browser and a red color ERROR message “You can not perform this action.” appears at the top of the registration form after clicking on the “Sign Up” button.
Therefore, candidates and employers CANNOT register when choosing the Firefox Mozilla browser.

I confirm you that your old version of JobsMonster Theme works well with Mozilla Firefox and visitors can register. I have just tried to register (new candidate) in Mozilla Firefox from another laptop with the same Wifi connection

1) Personal Laptop : I have uninstalled the previous version of Firefox browser …. When I installed the new version of Firefox, the automatic installation asked me if I wish to save or definitely delete the previous historic, cookies, ... I chose to delete all … for a clean installation … Moreover, If it was an issue with the laptop or browser, I won’t be able to register on any Themes, including JobMonster … I have few other Themes and I can register on all of them (I have just tried with DIVI Elegant Theme) without any problems, except JobMonster
2) Then I repeated the test with another Laptop (Firefox not updated since years) : I can register a new candidate without problem
JobMonster works well on some computers and doesn’t work with other computers in the Mozilla Firefox browser … That is a very bad news because visitors might be able to register or not in Mozilla Firefox …

1. To export jobs to XML, you can use the WP All Export plugin. Then you can import to Indeed.
2. We have supported the custom field for Job, Resume, Candidate, Employer, Application. So you will able to add more field as you want.
3. We have supported the position at the top or bottom of the Jobs/ Resumes listing. So you will able the add the AdSense code.
4. No, we don’t integrate with APP.
5. We have the Portuguese language, not all but you can translate more.

I just updated to Jobmonter 4.5.2.5. With the new version, while editing a job, I could not select an employer or a company in the items “Posted by (Employer – Company)” and “Company”. The list showed “No results found” or “The results cannot be loaded”.

2. The package can restrict the content on the resume, custom field on the resume. But not for the page content.
3. We have used one list only for all emails. If you want to use the MailChimp for separate Employer and Candidate, maybe you need the 3rd plugin to filter the user type.
4. Yes, we use WooCommerce payment for the package purchase.
