Hello You need to import contact form 7 data. You find this dummy content
Your download package main dummy content -default – contact form 7 xml.
Then wp admin – tools import.
For 1. It’s not plugin.
Wp admin – tools – import – choose this file and import dummy contact from.
2. If you use any external plugin. First deactivate those plugin. Then check it what happened.

Hi there, thank you for your theme – it’s great!
I’ve been trying for days but cannot work out how to get rid of the padding/margin on the top of the page.
Ideal outcome – slider is flush to the top of the screen, menu bar is transparent and overlaid on the slider.
I’ve have 2 images, one is desktop, one is mobile – slight different on size of white bar but cannot attach them here, could you please help?
