When you enable Dynamic checkout button and have Google Payments on when you click on more payments options on the product page the website freezes :D? Why does it do that ….

In version 3, the collection page shows the variant image not the color swatch, even though the setting are set to color. Is there anyway to change this to force it to show the swatch not the variant image?

i have installed the Product Reviews app so that i can display the REVIEWS on my products page

i have followed the instructions to setup the PRODUCT REVIEW app

they ask me to add the following

---- Paste the snippet in your sections/product-template.liquid file where you want your reviews to appear. Usually this is just below the product.description tag, the code may look something like this:

when i check the SECTION, i dont find any file mentioning that file i can only find the following product-template-default.liquid product-template-full-width.liquid product-template-gallery.liquid product-template-grouped.liquid product-template-slider.liquid

and i am confused where to paste the code which is given by the PRODUCT REVIEW app

secondly, the ask me to add an other code in snippets/product-grid-item.liquid

this is the instruction they gave me

Paste the snippet in your snippets/product-grid-item.liquid file where you want your star ratings to appear. Usually this is just below the product title and price, the code may look something like this:

We have updated the theme and after customising it entirely and published it, (ELLA 3.0.0 SECTIONS READY) we realised that our clients could not pick various variants. Relatively important issue. ! The same variant was added to the cart every time. This is really annoying and we had to revert immediately to the old theme. After many back and forth and 10 days, we still have not received any solution. Can someone help us properly with this issue ? The technical is not answering our messages. Thank you.

Hi there, thanks for creating this really great theme. We read through your theme documentation, through and through to ensure we followed all your instructions to get setup properly and only contacting you as a last resort. As we cannot find how to address several issues, that we emailed you about on May 21, which is 8 days ago. Some of which seem to be bugs, for example in addition to the 5 things we emailed you about, that we are asking for help with. We also found there is additional things that needs prompt attention, as they seem to be missing:

For example #1. Product Grouped page does not have the ‘dynamic checkout button’ you show in your theme instructions, so we are unable to check the box on that to turn this on [we have looked all over your theme in the customizer and its nowhere to be found] for this option. Its only available with the other page layouts [so we had to switch back to the Product Page Default option]

2 On the Product page default option, you have several sharing icon options, but we cannot find the option to edit that.

Anyhow, we would appreciate if you can respond to our email query for assistance on the the other #5 priority things; for we have been very patient waiting on your follow-up but having to wait 8 days for help is not good customer service.

We already provided you with access to our shopify store and requesting a follow-up as soon as possible. Thanks, infiniteme

We are sorry for late response to you. Customer Service Dept,. doesn’t work on 2 days of weekend.

For the question #1: Product page layout Grouped cannot have Buy Now button because Shopify only supports this button on single product page. Only 1 product, cannot work for more than 1 product. You can contact to Shopify about this for more information.

Hi, I’d like to use this change (https://help.shopify.com/en/themes/customization/products/variants/how-to-add-a-pick-an-option-to-drop-downs#sectioned-themes) Shopify has documented (Showing ‘please choose an option’ in variant dropdown lists, but I find when I tried it, the variant list opens to the first real variant (with no price listed) instead of the ‘please choose’ message. Is there a way to correct this so that it chooses the choose message instead, or a better way to do this in Ella? Thank you

If you only upload theme source: ella-3.0.0-sections-ready.zip, it will be fine, but if you upload whole package which contains user guide…etc, it will be larger than 50MB. We just replied back to you via email, please check and provide us your admin login access to help you check this
