The theme seems pretty good, but is it possible to add new statuses to the employers dashboard (like interviewed, passed first stage, passed second stage etc.) and expand the available three basic statuses (pending, rejected approved)?

After the latest update provided by NooTheme, I detected one issue on the site.
In the job posting page, the dropdown menus don’t work. I input something and the placeholders are still without being changed or selected to what I input.

With another job page, you can use the widget and input the advertisement to widget. Then assign the widget to job page or another page as you want.

3 weeks after I let you guys know that the lost a password option is not working in the theme and you release an update not fixing the issue? C’mon guys please work better as these issues affect whether the theme is usable.

We have fixed the lost password issue on version 4.5.2.6. After update that version, you need save the permalink config again because we have change the lost password link to another link.

I guess I need your help today as well, about background video functionality.
I use a background video linked from Youtube, it’s been working great for the last 3 – 4 months since I set it in the first place.
However just today, I found the video background is suddenly not working although all the settings are properly done, and it’s just empty in the area where the background loop is supposed to be played.

Hi, my client is very happy with the recent updates, especially ability to allow/disallow viewing resumes. Now need a small help. When jobs are listed as recent jobs, featured jobs etc., it would be great if clicking on them opens them in new tab. Same for resume lists.

I just realized that it’s a problem with the responsible footer for using it on smartphone and iPad. I have disabled “Resumes” on the backend. For the job packages “No Download Resume Attach file” still shows up. Is there a way to make this go away other than CSS?

Sorry, it can’t remove the string by CSS, you need to change it by remove the source code. Please go to this file /wp-content/themes/noo-jobmonster/layouts/job/job_package.php and check the code line 114 to 118.

I am completely confused as to how job packages work (an employers probably will be too).
1. If the job package expires, do the listings expire too? For example, if I have a job package that expires on 5/30/19 and I post a (30-day) job on 5/29/19, does the job expire on 5/30? or 6/28?
2. Can employers have multiple packages at once? What do they do if they run out of jobs?
3. If an employer has a package that includes one job, and they delete the job, can they list another one under that package?
4. I don’t want to use the resume features, can I remove any mention of these from the package listing description.
5. If an employer is trying to post a job, but they selected the wrong package, it seems that they can’t “go back” to a different step (unless they clear their browser). Is it supposed to work this way?
6. What does +Job Follow and +Manage Follow mean in the Member dashboard? I see zero mention of this in the documentation.

1. If the job package expires, yes the job listing also expires too. If the job package expire date smaller than job deadline, it will get the job package to expire for expire date.
2. The employer or candidate has only one package at the current time. The user can buy the package add-on to get more posting.
3. We have the option to count the job remain on the job posting time. They can’t post another job if the job posting remain equal zero, include delete the old job.
4. Yes, you can remove the resume feature in the job package by change the code or add some CSS to hide that info at the front-end.
5. If you selected the wrong package, they need to choose another package again.
6. You can follow the company, the job follows tabs will list all the job under the company follow.
