Greetings, i’m using your seese theme, and i use a plugin “perfect brand for woocommerce” from Quad layers, issue is when i created brands and assign on different products, so its visible in shop page which is good, but when i click on particular brand page its redirected to me a page where all products of that brand are visible which is also good but issue is the title i can see is ARCHIVE,instead of brand title. How can i fix this? its not related to plugin issue as i tested that plugin on different sites too. Thanks

Please edit slider shortcode from your homepage that is build by using WPBakery Page Builder shortcode system.
There you can see accordion type of each slides. Expand it and replace the images.

I want to remove all 3 icons on the top… cart/search/my account, I have shut them off in your seese settings and they will not shut off the site. Is there a code I can shut them off with? I have the most up to date version. Just updated yesterday. Thanks.

Please turn off settings from: Seese Options > Header > Menu Bar
And edit the pages of where icons are showing: Edit any Page > Page Custom Options > Menu Bar

The parent menu item is not clickable as a link because that is how things are done with the bootstrap framework. This is so that the menus system is usable on mobile devices such as tablets and cellphones. If you change this you will not be able to access sub-menu items on a mobile device. When you click that parent menu, it’ll instantly load that page instead of showing child menus.
So, please add that second child as that main menu link.

Hi, great theme, just one question. Is there a way that the hamburger menu gets activated sooner. My client has a lot of menu items in the menu bar, so we want to display the hamburger menu sooner. I think it is set to display in “max-width: 767” by default. Can you help me with that, so my menu bar doesn’t look bad when the screen get smaller. Thank you.

You can activate the hamburger menu soon by mentioning the width of the screen size in Seese Options > Header > Menu Bar > Mobile Menu Starts from.

Enter the following location and click “Save!”
/themes/seese/languages/seese.pot
It’ll start working like a normal plugin.

- Is there a theme option to set 2 columns layout on mobile shop page?
- Is there a theme option to always show the “add to cart” button (not only on hover) on mobile shop page?
- Is There a “filter” icon(or text) on top of the product list (/grid) – mobile version – that open a “sliding” bar with the filter options?
- does the theme have a “predictive” (autocomplete…) search functionality on mobile version?

1. Mobile shop separate column control is not available.
2. As you prefer theme options, that is not a built-in feature. But, we can achieve it by adding Custom CSS code.
3. Sliding bar means, we can scroll down to see further in that filter options. Once we clicked toggle filter text functionality.

Seese Options > Brand > Logo > Retina & Normal Logo Width
Once you entered the value, it’ll show the exact size in all browsers.

Hi, after updating our theme to your latest version we are getting an error on the cart & checkout pages.
Shipping does not show the shipping methods available with their costs, only the message “Enter your address to view shipping options.” or “There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”
We are using Woocommerce Version 3.6.3
If we calculate shipping based on an address, the problem remains.
If we deactivate ALL plugins, the problem remains.
If we switch on Woocommerce debug mode, the problem remains.
If we revert to a standard wordpress theme, the shipping methods work fine!
This must be theme related… Any suggestions? Thanks.

1. We can’t change the slug format of WooCommerce category page. “products-category/xxxxxx” this is the format.
But, if you want to change the slug of “products-category”. You can.
At : “Settings > Permalinks > Product category base”
2. Can you please re-create the page and give a different name or url slug? Other than (shop2/shop-fullwidth/).

Hi, I have purchased your theme and have a question about the menu. In your demo, the menu splits into two lines for browser/device widths between 767px to 991px. Is there anyway to fix this? It does not look very nice when the menu is split onto two lines? Thank you.
Also… in the options we are able to change ‘Mobile Menu Starts from?’, however anything greater than the default 767px does not work correctly. The mobile menu icon is out of position?

For the menu you can use the following CSS code at “Appearance > Customizer > Additional CSS”

}
For the “Mobile Menu Starts from?” option is just working fine as expected.
