If you change in sass file you must build it into style.css to affect your changes. Another option is you can override css class in .scss file in each module. You can find scss file in each module.

you can get same as you can see in demo. PSD and Sketch file are not included with bootstrap version also. Most of all components are same in angular and bootstrap version.

Yes, you can change color code in a .scss file and build the project again to apply your changes, but I do not suggest you do that way, because whenever template new update is available your changes is overriding. So I suggest you make a new file for style and include in page and override your style class there. so whenever template updates your changes not affected.

we are using bootstrap for responsive and materializecss for components in template.

Lorax is already integrated with lazy load. On startup, all dependancy javaScript and CSS files are loaded that’s why you get 14MB load size. You can dynamically load js files to reduce start-up load size. Thank you. check this link for reference:
