There are two options for prevent behavior, you can either set it to be ‘by current session’ (when you open the browser again, your pop up will appear, until then in the current session, you will not getting pop-up) or you can set it to be ‘by browser cookies’. You can choose this option and this will replicate what you want to achieve. Pop-up will be prevented when you access your website and it will be kept in browser cookie.

You can achieve that with menu anchor links and then the menu links will have the ability to jump to another section of the same page. Hello there, is possible somehow to list all the values of specific product attribute in one single page? I have Product Attribute “Cotton” with about 40 types (values) of cotton and each product can have only few of them. I am sorry to say i gave up trying to fix the issues that arose from mainly incompatibility with latest wordpress/woocommerce versions. My website became messed up, my ticket remained unresolved and the support expired, so i couldnot even get solution for the ticket, which was created well BEFORE support expiry. For the 41 USD asked for support extension i bought a different theme, which worked like a charm from the first moment, cleaner, faster, better. Disappointing experience and i regret purchasing and trying to make Cocco work for so long…

We are sorry to hear this, but incompatibilities arose because you have updated Woo plugin first, before we have released theme update, and we were in a update process for all our themes in order to incorporate latest WordPress coding standards, and to get WP compliant badge. Can you guys please update your theme and be on top of this. The wpbakery plugin is out of date now for a while and it’s probably not the best security that it is.

In the new update of the theme WPBakery page builder will be included, which will be soon. You can take a look at plugins’ change log, so it’s basically like the previous version and nothing in particular wasn’t changed. My question is if we can have an activation key – NOT to use it, I know it works with your theme, but to access the templates.
When I go to access templates it says I need the activation key to do that.
So does that mean you provide the software, but not the access to the templates?
