Hi, when we update your theme from 1.1 to version 1.2.1 it breaks the installation. We get a 500 error. When we place the old theme back, it is working. Please can you help?

Please, just note that you need to update Verdure Core plugin to version 1.1. Try to do that via FTP and everything should be working fine. If you need further help, just open a ticket at https://mikado.ticksy.com and include your wp-admin access and our agent will assist you there.

This is not your ideal website template and just work out of the box.
First of all, I had a problem importing the template and was stuck at 90% loading. I had to scroll down on troubleshooting and spend time fixing it. I know some people also had a problem from a previous comment.
Secondly after Importing the template, it double up all the categories on the menu and so I decided to just re-create a new menu. After creating a new menu, the “Revolution Slider Error” error keep appearing. I have followed the troubleshooting steps and it didn’t work.
The bottom line is why a paying customer should waste hours of their time troubleshooting a purchase template. Customer’s time can be used designing a website. I have purchased 4 templates from Theme Forest and didn’t not have this problem before. Please don’t sell this template until all the bug and fix. I have sent a refund request.

Gutenberg became the official WordPress editor from WordPress version 5.0. I am not familiar with Visual Composer (WP Bakery) and I noticed you have updated the theme to be compatible with Gutenburg when it is released.
Do I have to use WP Bakery to use this theme, or can I stick with WP and Gutenberg when it’s out?

In order to use the various elements seen on our demo site, you would need to use WPBakery. But if you’re looking to create a simple site with mostly text and images, you might get away with using the WordPress editor or Gutenberg only.

When it comes to other browsers, the assumption is that the latest versions are used, because it is now everywhere by default that the browser itself is updated. It is why we think there is no need to be afraid about this. If you check statistics for browser usage, most usual situation that people are using latest versions.
