Hello! I just installed the theme as the documentation indicates, but only the preloader is shown. Then i import the one click demo but still not showing nothing, just the preloader. Please help me!!

Hi, just got the theme on elements envato and I’m really surprised to find the basic settings missing. Cant disable the preloader?
